This isn't a big deal, but today I noticed that somewhere between rep 2100 and 2250 or so, you become a "None" with a faction. That really messes with my fragile sense of self-worth. Attachments:

Way cool - I think that Cory might have tweaked the RP table by accident. I haven't got any captains close to the 2100 RP mark (either they are way higher or way lower) so not in a position to duplicate sorry.
Should be an easy fix for Cory though.

Well if you go a bit above that level of rep you will get the fancy name once again =) But I also confirm that there's a None out there at those numbers.

Also, speaking of rep titles, 6000 is currently the higest. Would it be too much to ask for one more title at 15, 20 or 30 thousand?

Maybe a royal title indicating they no longer see me as a star trader, like "prince" or something a little less 2500 is the highest. You're a Star Trading Captain and you'll always be a Star Trader to them. You'll never be a graver.

It could make the whole rep thing more exiting and prehaps even some new things could be attributed to it

Or maybe a ship (or two). And maybe you could even get involved in the faction's decisions, and help them do things like command armies to do certain actions during solar wars causing open fighting rumors, or commanding explorers to find something, causing a scout rumor or treasure hunter fleet rumor or deadly rouge traders rumor. This could open up whole new strategies for a player to come up with. Some new things to do in ST definetly would be nice though, rep/rank attributed or not.

Watch out for those deadly rouge traders, they'll color your face something awful.

How about just a new title at 10, 15 or 20 thousand rep? Just to give players who reach such a rep get some satisfaction? Surely one more title couldn't be so hard, right?

<Opinion - please feel free to disregard because I am not speaking for Cory at all> ....
It isn't hard to implement more titles, but what would you prefer ... Cory spending time tweaking every little nuance in an existing game (eg adding additional titles for supendously high/low ranks), or Cory spending time either doing big changes to other games that provide large benefit ... or even Cory spending time coding on Heroes of Steel and potentially even putting digital ink to digital paper on the fabled Start Traders 2?
Every line of code that is added to STRPG is a line of code that could be invested with more return in another product.
For me, the current Star Traders is very mature, and there are fewer and fewer significant changes that either have been done, or are in plans. I wouldn't say it's a perfect game (no software is perfect for every person), but it's probably as close as you will find in many Android (and even desktop games).
