Insomnia and depression: a match made in Hell

HateSolstice - Ack, I'm sorry to hear about all of that. While I can hardly say 'oh this is how to fix it all', one suggestion I can give, is a way to deal with her ex-bf... One bit of time where she has her head straight concerning him, have her do a restraining order on him (including phone I believe is possible) and so then whenever he next tries his shit on her, you can take legal action. It may not be the easiest thing to convince her of, but as with many things, it is taking a small step at a time to reduce overall malicious influences.

Alex Fury - Well, luckily he has not contacted her in quite some time. Plus we moved several months back and only told a few people where we are. I also believe the last time was also the last straw for her.

There is a lot more that has happened, but I am not sure that I am ready to discuss that yet. Plus, if I haven't confused the crap out of anyone yet(or bored them to tears) a lot of what happened/happens next likely will.
