grzechol something about dried fig seems appealing to me. What's it like? ntsheep preparation is king. I get lost in your sheep persona sometimes. It's fun. What do you have in your secret stash? Ration wise? Sans MRE

Currently my stash is empty, when I do have the money though, I try to keep at least a weeks or two of rations available. I really like MRE's and tend to eat them for my dinner everyday when I have them. I use to be a long distance courier and stopped at a camping supply store each day to buy one for my lunch. There are Dollar Tree stores where I live and I have fun playing a little game where I see just how much of an emergency supply I can get with just $20 bucks. You can get a good weeks worth food that way that fits in a standard size backpack.

qbspy : if you have never eaten dried figs then, well, there is nothing really like them. Try them. They are wonderful. But ... in moderation, as they are a natural laxative. And they taste so very good that it is easy to forget this ...

I know exactly what you mean grävling, I can't stop at just 2 or 3 figs. I'll go through a box of them
