Trench Warfare on Brutal! Raaaar! Awesome, glad to see you made it back to the surface! Is there a way to get back in there with groups that only got to play the first level? This group had waited for the update to tackle Rychart. |

I don't think so, once you got through the deployment code in RF, it probably was a one way ticket.

This group had waited for the update to tackle Rychart. - depending on the state of your game, talk to Luthor. He should offer you a "Let's re-deploy to the surface of Rychart Prime." |

Just to be a punk... That's a great score CdrPlatypus, but you really ought to be shooting for under a third of the goal.... This is Extermination Site on brutal. Buuuurrrn, baby buuurrn!  Oh, and by the way fallen. There is a bug here, because I definitely did get the secondary objective. I got it on the last turn just before moving my Hydrette into position for the win, maybe that had something to do with it? |

fallen, I hit both locations. The supply drop just to the NE of the starting location where you get the healing packs and the the bigger camp far to north and just west of the final spore. The dialogue there even said we were getting 5 bonus xp for the secondary objective. I was playing on Android 4.2.2 with version 1.1.0 CdrPlatypus, I didn't have any +mp gear on my Hydra because I couldn't afford it RP-wise yet. But I used buffs to get her MP up to 9. Dalan respecced to get Rallying Cry 4 ASAP and the Cap dropped Pressing Need 1 on her. By the second turn she ended at the first spore. I sent the scout and engineer down to capture the first TP. It worked with sentry turrets and the scout just spent one turn down there plinking off Hunters across the bridge and then rushed back to join the group pushing north. The Engineer just stayed at the tact point, because she couldn't keep up. The Cap and Dalan stayed at the starting position so when the Hydra and scout got back they were nice and cool and were able to rebuff everybody and then charge to the north. My captains are all tanks, so he basically held the east flank while everybody with guns went to the spores and purged them. I think my Hydra had 9mp the whole time and used her full moves on every turn. I think there was only one turn where she even fired on anybody. My scout also used the +3mp buff to be able to cover still more ground than anybody else. Needless to say, heat was through the roof at the end for some of them, but it didn't last long. The Hydra was only level 4 and she had the upgraded armor, the Irid core and the stock gun, all points were probably into gunnery and strength.

contributor - ok, and in neither case you received 5 XP, so it sounds more like a generic bug than a last-turn issue.

Ok, maybe I'm going a little OCD on the speed thing. Managed to shave 1 more turn off of Extermination Site. fallen, it looks like the bonus bug is fixed, but there's another one. Can you spot it?  |

The best possible kill bonus is 20%, at more than 8 kills a turn.

Just thought I would confirm that It's Possible! to beat the game on Brutal. In fact, Captain Alaman, took that nasty ol' scary beasty over his knee and spanked it with the flat of his blade. Total honor is listed as 8.3M.  |
