Since I can't comment in the actual ST2 forums I'll add my thoughts here. They might not be the best since I'm not actually playing the game though. I think the title needs to say something about the specifics of this game. "Legacy" doesn't say much meaningful to a new player and "Legacy of Shalun" is a mouthful.
If I understand the quadrants are being united again so Star Traders: Unification says something. It could also just be "Unity" but that's a little short/vague.
The other theme is still the ending of the exodus and the rebuilding of "normal" life. So it wouldn't be a bad idea to use unique place name like "Star Traders: Farfallen Rim" or "The Rim." There might be better place names too. Otherwise there other exodus-ending names. Star Traders: Promised Land/Skies Star Traders: Promised Void/Promises of the Void Star Traders: Skies of Milk and Honey (and Pirates) đ Star Traders: New Horizons Star Traders: Frontiers / New Frontiers Star Traders: Taming the Void Star Traders: A New Hope đ Star Traders: New Birth / Rebirth Star Traders: Inheritance Star Traders: Manifest Destiny Star Traders: Foundations Star Traders: A New Order
That's probably too many now.

Star Traders: Frontiers / New Frontiers That's probably too many now. Like this one a lot ... needs a better adjective, and something that keeps it away from Final Frontier.

Also had the idea of Startraders: Rim-Life / Rim Life
It's unique and speaks to the rebuilding of a new life in the Rim. It might also conjure up the idea of Thug-Life which might not be a wholly bad comparison.
It sort of let's the player imagine and create meaning too. What is Rim Life..?

Sorry, I'm on a roll, creative juices should abate soon.
I was just looking at Hobbes description of life outside of society as being "Solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short" and started to think about his definition of the State/Sovereign as "Leviathan." I'm not sure about the long-term trajectory of the Startraders but as they unite and rebuild their society and factions "Leviathan Rising" might be appropriate.
It's also got a fun play on the Templar's Leviathan technologies, but which Leviathan will rise...?
