I don't know if this would be technically feasible to add, but I know I sure would like optional ads in your games I could set going all day while I do something else. No idea what the cost/benefit of that would be like though. Optional as in: 'watch ads to support us' button on the main menu or something. We dislike ads.

I play those type of games alot... no money ever spent on a single one just alot of time waiting That's because you're not stupid AA. You recognise a potential scam when you see one.

The most I've ever used on thkse games were survey credits. Money is at a premium cor me and not easily replenished. At least not in the scope of going toward games.

The problem with ads, is the dev has little end control, over what junk gets sent to the user. There are some pretty malicious ads out there - from hijackers, to ransomware. Now that the Android system has been found to have yet another security hole that Google are working on plugging, its even more important to play it safe. (Ongoing problems with Stagefright 2)

I receive "on the edge" reports and alerts from AVG, as to any serious security risks, and what best to do, to keep protected. This alert was sent earlier today.

It all depends on which ad providers you use. Developers only get into trouble with malicious ads when they source from unreliable or lower quality advertising networks.

Proboards has had its fair, (or unfair share), of ads that take you away to Google Play, (poet and I didn't know it), without your consent. Though of course that could be caused by a faulty link, and not malicious or deceitful intent on the part of the ad company.

I cannot promise that Proboards uses quality ad providers. In fact, I suspect they don't.
