I'll check it out when I have a chance though I doubt I have the right vocabulary for video games. beuns would probably be best here.

This is a good and fair critic. Basically he says that the game is deep and well balanced difficulty wise but the graphics and sounds are a bit outdated. He concluded by saying that this game is really addictive but lacks this "I don't know what" that would make it a classic in its genre.
He gives a grade of 15 out of 20.

Chrome helped me translate and check it out as well, it did seem fair and he hit on the best parts of the game and gave credit where I felt it was due

Lacks that certain je ne sais quoi? Maybe it's not scary enough. I played through the first level and was having a laugh, taking out the baddies. It was really fun, until I suddenly lost a key character, near the end of the level. Lol. Trust me. Got too over-confident . The music doesn't help because even though it's not bad in itself - its too short. It doesn't take long for the repetition to distract from the game. The games more than worth the money spent though. =)

The music does change every so many turns on every level, and there are 28 different musical tracks.

The music does change every so many turns on every level, and there are 28 different musical tracks. Really? Then maybe there is a problem, because I am only aware of ONE musical track, that kept recycling round and around. . I haven't played for awhile, so I'll go back and investigate. If I find its a game issue. I'll let you know Cory. If its just Sock User Error, then I'll admit my lack of gaming skills in public, for the whole world to see.

If you are only hearing a single musical track in Templar Battleforce, you definitely have some type of sound card or computer issue we're not aware of.
Let me know as many details as possible, and we can try to patch the issue. I've tested on 5 different Windows machines, 2 Mac OS X machines, 4 different Linux machines, 5 iPad, 4 iPhones and 12 Android phones and the music works on all of them.
Whatever it is that's causing you problems, I cannot find it no matter how deep I dig. I'd need more information.

If it IS a prog error, I'll let you know, as said previously.

Totally INSANE that you'd have only one musical track in Templar Battleforce that's nuts.
I bet we'd be getting ripped apart for the music looping -- we've gotten literally hundreds of touch-points on the musical score and not a single person has mentioned or noted a lack of diversity in the tracks.
I'm baffled, sad, confused and hope to hear more information from you about this issue.
What platform and OS are you playing Templar Battleforce on?

I went back and played level 2 for a while. Yes. The music IS changing, (sorry, for upsetting you). However, what fooled me into thinking that it wasn't, was that one of the tracks, goes on and on and on, repeating the same four bars of music, until I can feel catatonic Brain Death, taking over. It's that particular track that is the problem. It either IS repetitive, or it's loops and never goes away. Bit difficult to know how to give you an example of the track I'm talking about, but it is SERIOUSLY irritating.

On the Steam version? I've listened to each one of them for an hour looping each, to make sure they were OK over long duration plays.
If you want to listen to them yourself, the tracks are in sfx_win32. This is the first complaint I have heard about the current track set. Earlier in the alpha, we had one that people didn't like so I removed it.
It's a bummer to throw out $200 worth of music, but we want people to be happy. If you can tell me which track you don't like, I will listen to it for 2 hours on loop to see what I think.
