Hey everyone, we're coming into the homestretch here. I'm not seeing En1gma or Brutus Aurelius on the spreadsheet yet. How is everyone doing? And fallen , how did you get 4 Neptunes out in Artifact Vaults? I was thinking that wasn't possible given the turn limit. They have to come out on the last turn before the limit. So on turn 9 if the limit is 10. Maybe you were killing enough xenos though to make it work (can you tell I'm starting to get nervous?). Also not to burst anyone's bubble, but I didn't actually fry my whole Hydra squad. I did self-immolated one Hydra, but guess what, you don't actually take damage from being in the AOE. You do gain heat from it though, which would be a major problem for a Neptune. What really killed me was not killing the incoming predators. I've been busy the last few days. I am close to Drayan Core. I need to run through the second Scittering Hive level and then Trench Warfare.

I'll likely need more time... My campaign stalled out on Extermination Protocol, and I've died several times on it so I'm not sure how to proceed. I'll try to plug away at it some more, but who knows...

I think we could probably extend it a bit. That's a nasty level, for my group that was pretty much the make it or break it point. I took my challenge group for a spin at lunch. This is after the challenge, but I have to say I'm not missing overwatch as much as I thought.

Team Neptune is going to stubbornly remember this as "the time when contributor fried his entire squad" About the 4 deploy on Artifact Vaults ... I am not sure if anyone else is getting the insane number of Goliaths and Brood Mother? It put me over the top in XP. I guess that's a small advantage of Nightmare -- just more xenos. I am not 100% sure that I got that right, so I've docked myself down to 3. Very happy to be through the Detonation Site with 3 and no deaths. That was too close again. Captain + Reactor Jolt + Pressing Need + Warriors Wrath = fast and outrun a huge mob of xeno, overheat at the wrong moment! There have been a lot of near-death reactor shutdowns lately ... wonder why? Neptunes are hot!

I'm there right now and it's actually a 16 turn limit not 10. I swapped in 2 Neptunes right away and I've pulled out a third already. I'm 7 turns in with 200ish SP right now, it shouldn't be an issue to pull out a fourth.

I also cracked open the game database as well and did confirm 4, so I am upping my score again. 16 Turns is kinda odd for that level. Go Team Neptune!

Ugh... Shelgorath's Lich and its minions were responsible for the death of yet another Hydra and an Engineer. We made it though however, I'll just need to make up for lost time by recruiting ALL the Hydras.
Damnit... That's such an insane level...

En1gma - one of my very favorites. Definitely putting teams to the test! Our analytics consistently show it as top 5 for most likely to cause a death.

I basically ignored the TP at the beginning and sent everyone due west. The entire team moved as a squad from the beginning, and even though we stuck together Templars died... The squad was completely trapped in the Northern sector, and I just said F-it and rushed. Bladeweave and Overheated OW saved the day, but the Hydra fell behind and took two massive swipes from a determined Hunter... Every single Templar was at critical heat levels, and we lost the Engineer because of it. I actually had someone shut down altogether, and I think that it should be very apparent when it happens, fallen... I wasn't really sure what had happened, and I think it could make sense to have something cover the Templar's face or have a toast pop up when you try to selet a talent-- would help notify the player about exactly what is happening.

En1gma - ok, we can look into more toasting. It already toasts that you've had a critical shutdown, but we can try to add more notes. You ignored the TP? You're a born rebel or just craaaaaazy

I got it on my way past it, so the Xeno would have something to distract them, but seriously though, that level spawns SO MANY ENEMIES. I don't even want to try that on Ironman...

I know this is going back a ways but... fallen - I don't know how to get saves off of my non-rooted android device. I think it's not possible, right? Due to the bug I ran into and work, I don't think I'll be able to finish up my run. I'll update my score to where I hit that bug, and I'll try to get my new squad up to that point, but I don't think I'll be able to get it done. Wish me luck! Sorry contributor, this was a lot of fun and a really great way to try new squad builds, but life and uncapturable TPs got in the way

Alright, the Heavy Neptune Battleforce has broken the back of the Xeno in the Kaldun Factory, amazingly with no losses due to the efforts of Paladin Regina. Capture 6 is the best Striker Engineer skill.

And if you send them to us, we might be able to figure out what happened. Really sorry about the stuck TP .. we've tried to reproduce this a number of times, but cannot. Can you redescribe the state of the TP when you load from the main menu? What exactly does it say when you tap it? When you try to use Capture on it?
