phaze Bonesteel plate plus Braeysguard plus RF5 plus 16 constitution. That's an interesting path, I didn't know it was an option to complete episode 2 quests after entering CoD. Regardless, I haven't bought anything yet and I don't plan on doing so as I'm not having any issues managing damage and accuracy. The Krete there were the hardest fight I've had yet and it was mostly because I didn't remember story triggers and pulls. I ended up with all the Krete plus three trolls all over me. Luckily, this particular group is designed to give me an opportunity to deal with those "oh crap" situations.

Cleared the Krete wave on the fortress. Currently at 877 m.
Having Ep 3 gear made the fight much easier as Kincaid could reasonably dodge with 46 strong dice of Dodge. Plus, the improved damage of Selen with PS and criticals could clear groups faster.
I hate that fight. I never noticed the changes in damage after exiting and starting the game. Very dangerous if the numbers are real and not display only.
Now to breath a sigh of relief and finish Ep 2 content then clear Wyatt and storm brothers.
I very much wanted the crafting feature but just have no idea when it will be done.

Zhivago are you using a variation of your original nmi group KFKS or something new?

SP% gear is making efficiency runs possible without Sacrifice (albeit, not quite as efficient). I'm not at the cutting edge of content anymore, so this run is more about experiencing the awesome new content, getting familiar with encounters/maps, and planning an approach for my eventual next playthrough. But the resurrected Einherjar are cruising (no jinx!) and performing acceptably thus far with no purchases. I'm propping damage up with FU and BB, so more consistent hits and crits are keeping me afloat despite Kincaid waiting for an upgrade... my magical Scything Blade is showing wear and tear lol |

 Orcs outside of the Storm Brother's Bastion cleared. 1.1b Great maps, fun fights and the Einherjar Resurrected are really coming into their own. |

At what point exactly is that in the bastion? Is it entirely cleared or some mid-way point? As I just finished saving Wyatt, we are very close to each other in story. It would be great to be able to compare scores.
I'm currently sitting at 980 M but have done nothing of the Storm Brothers yet. It was a tough choice, but I gave up the Heartbeats but do appreciate the major bow upgrade. A 7 range 2 AP bow with great damage and critical is just amazing in Selen's hands.

The 7 range and 2 AP is so nice in CoD against the obelisks but I've resolved to kill Tevensa this game so she is going down!

I thought about that for story purposes, but I was thinking of a future quest and that story element which I have not chosen yet. With all the story arcs, I don't have enough parties to play all scenarios  In this play through I generally am choosing opposite of my last party. |

That is 11 shooters taking shots at you, any of my Kincaid's would probably have melted if I ran into that...even with ap cursing and killing you must have had to dodge 8 shots at least. Not to mention the extremely accurate Wolf Lord hacking at Fyona or Selen.

Since zhivago and I run similar parties, I can tell you that maximizing avoidance really makes Kincaid dodge all attacks at that point. I actually stopped casting warders shield as he dodges well enough in regular battles. With all buffs, my Kincaid has 46 strong dodge dice. Oddly enough some of the side quests have easier enemies to hit and dodge than regular map enemies that are high level.
I was referring to at what point 1.1 billion was for zhivago? Not the specific battle.
I should be ahead of that score by time I finish but I also started CoD, so have done extra maps.
Sadly he might be ahead of me in score due to no purchases. How much spare equipment inventory do you have? I haven't unloaded in the shops in a while.
For some dungeons, it is possible to let Kincaid be swarmed by enemies and never break a sweat. CoD is high tension as ranged attacks are too accurate and do too much damage.

My Kincaid is usually at a pretty high dodge there as well. It's the shamen that I would never let get shots off. He can only take about 3 shots and running into that would not really increase my kill speed but a round of bad rolls would kill my ironman. Clearly I do not build my Kincaid tanky enough =P. Also 4 or 5 of those javeliners are in range of Kjartan and Fyona would for sure die if even a few of those shooters decided to target her, how much dodge can one possible have on Fyona?
