Playing there right now, the shaman and javalineers do lower damage overall compared to other Orcin. With about 100 armor, they do manageable damage, usually less than 100 HP per hit. The shaman (level 37) does up to 200 damage and 20 elemental. My kincaid has 800 hp, 73 armor, 16 toughness, and 24 resists. That is about 4-5 shots if they roll max. Reasonable enough since he has not been hit yet by any of them in this area at all. I wouldn't let Kjartan play near them  The javelineers do up to 160 damage with 24 ice. On Kyera with 972 HP, 92 armor, 11 toughness, and 44 resist, they are frequently doing less than 50 damage with even a few 0s in there. If Zhivago is playing high PS and RS, his armor, hp, and resists may be high enough to void much of the damage. |

I expect to be tackling that battle by mid August, next week is taken up with family time and then after that it will be full heroes mode. I will report my score when I get there!

Yeah, I like defensive synergy and redundancies when it comes to protecting Death's Chosen. The Einherjar Resurrected have officially surpassed their name sakes! 1.3b+ entering Ember.

Done with Storm Bastion Brothers. 1.2B at this point. My bags are also heavy with extra equipment that I haven't unloaded in a while. I always imagine someway accessories could be useful despite me never using them.
I think I forgot to make a choice on Hagathrun, so there will be extra XP there, and I also have done the first two maps of CoD. Now to depart and make my way back north to start the CoD.
I'll be on vacation the next week and have a work trip the week after, so my playing will slow down quite a bit over August.

Someday! Looking forward to it On a different note, I was messing around in brunehorn and realized I can do darkmoss swamps for moon blossoms before CoD is complete. Can one actually complete the Cortias quest at this point? It seems quest availability is a bit flexible. I wonder about impact on game flow and experience gains for this party. Though having kincaids legendary would be dreamy for cutting down undead. |

I've only gotten that zone to respawn 2 times I believe. Once after completing Brayes side and once after the Druid I think. I got 6 blossoms from that. Also there is a failsafe in place that says the ward will not be ready till episode 4 meaning no monastery till you complete CoD.
Edit: oops thought you were talking Darkmoss swamps. The quest zone has always been available in episode 3 just not completable. I think you can still get the exp bonus from all the blossoms though and the sooner you get those in the better as they result in more net exp.

You can turn blossoms and get all the exp (as much as many blossoms you have), but brothers would not complete the ritual until you get out of the last tower. So, make your plans. |

Referring to the darkmoss underswamps, the side quest area. I never did it before in Ep 3. You're saying it is repeatable? Or the main paths of darkmoss?
I get 3 repeats of the main darkmoss. First time. After Braey's. And after storm bastion.

Just under 1.6b Great Gate cleared. I think not having Vincent and access to his special map is going to affect score maximization on this particular run, as I would have had all 4 heroes at level 40 entering the last two maps instead of just 2 of them. |
