One of my characters was killed in the Monastery fight with Cortias. I pressed retry, as I always do, and the green loading bar stops just before the end and that's it. I can't access that game. This issue is unique to just that game.

Can you share some details? - What device are you on? - What operating system and OS version? - What version of the game from the main menu? Was this the version where the issue occurred? - Do you remember which character? - Does the game crash, or it just hangs there forever? - How long have you waited to see if the hang will clear? |

The device is a Kindle Fire. The game and app are fine since I'm playing other games on it with no problems. The issue is, it isn't allowing that particular game to load back up. The green load bar gets close to the end and stops and that's it. Other games still load up fine. This crew was Vraes, Fyona, Kjarten and Selene and they were particularly awesome which makes this even more painful. I was employing my usual plan against Cortias and he killed the previously unstoppable Vraes. I pressed retry, it went to the reload screen with the gears and green bar, loaded up 90% and then nothing. It's like it's stuck.

Without root, it is hard to get files off the device that are related to an app for security reasons. Random, but have you tried restarting your device? |

I've restarted, I've forced stop the app, I've done everything I could think of but still no joy. I'm thinking that team juggernaut is no more.

Something on the device must be blocking it, or an Android storage failure has damaged the file. I'd be careful with the storage, if possible. I could try to repair the file, if you're able to send it.

Thanks for your help with everything & the helium link. I had to get it via amazon apps so it's a little different set up. The good news is I backed it up. The bad news is that I don't see anything that says PC Download. I'm a bit leery about pressing buttons.

I'd be on step 3 except the kindle app is a little different than the google app. I've made a backup but am kind of lost as to how to transfer it.

What are the available options under the menu in Helium at this point? I've looked around the net, and actually found a thread on this very forum saying that Helium didn't work on Kindles  If you let us know the menu options, perhaps we can help. Or Cory Trese could try it on a device ... |
