Just downloaded the Free HD version (2.3.1) on my iPhone 6+ (ios 9.0.2). Trying to go through the tutorial but all the enemy creatures (I assume they're creatures?) are invisible. I can see my character counterattack during the enemy turn phase, but it appears that he's attacking nothing. But when the enemy dies, it leaves a purple puddle on the ground. I've tried restarting my iphone, as well as deleting and re-installing the game to no effect. Any thoughts?

We've pulled down the latest release from the App Store with a few different 9+ iOS devices and are not seeing the issue. If you can help answer a few more questions, perhaps we can figure this out. To confirm, you've never see a single monster of any type? Do you see shadows on the floor? Did you change any of the game options before playing? Do you have any issues seeing Templars on the map?

I've only played a few minutes total, and have not seen any monsters of any type. I do not see shadows of the monsters on the floor.
I've changed the 'enemy turn speed' setting in options, but only after experiencing invisible monsters to see if that would help. (it did not).
I can see other templars on the map (just met Dalan Ortho).

We are trying to find a way to make it happen here, but all of our iOS devices are working 100% a-okay.

Tried it on my wife's iphone 6 (ios 8.4) and my ipad mini2 (ios 9.2.1). All have the same issue. I made a quick video of it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Al0Dx1kwTFYWhatever the outcome, I appreciate the quick responses.

chilifries - fascinating. Every device we can get our hands on (including our wives) are not having the issue. We will keep trying to expand our pool of iOS devices to find one where we can reproduce. We've tested all of the devices you've listed and can't get it to happen. Anything else you can say about options on the phone, options you checked in the game, using or not using Skip All? We're pretty baffled here, but will keep dumping hours into figuring it out.

Hi,
I'm getting the exact same issue on my iPad (iOS 9.3.2) with BF version 2.3.1 installed. For me it didn't crop up until the Orbital Defense Battery mission about halfway through the game. The mission starts, the conversations happen and the Templars are visible, but the xenos are invisible (though they do spawn and attack). I'll try to get a picture up...

To clarify, I've also tried restarting the game, rebooting the iPad, went through all the conversations one by one and Skip All with no luck. I have the full game, first glitch I've come across since I bought it 6 months ago. Hope this helps!

After the v2.3.1 update, the xeno disappeared?

On the iphone 6 and ipad, all I did was install the game, start a new game, use the default name (Game 1) and difficulty (Normal), and start. I did press the "Skip All" button whenever it came up though. I just tried on the iPad again, this time not pressing any of the "Skip All" buttons. Didn't make a difference. As for the iDevice options, the only common option among all of them is that we've enabled "Guided Access" (handy when giving the device to kids so they can't tap around).

Some diligence and bumming phones from friends has resulted in a iPhone 6 that has the bug. Now we can try to resolve!
