So for the past several weeks I must have killed over a hundred aliens patrolling dead planets and trying to find the 100 hull Heela alien to get the award (may even be over 200 at this point). But i still haven't found it. I'm not sure if there is some kind of bug, or if the Heela is just really hard to find. If there is no bug, could you please make the Heela more likely to appear or add some more 100 hull ships for the next update? I want to do other things besides alien hunt, and not finding this ship already is becoming discouraging.

What turn number are you on? Maybe they don't show up until a certain point.

What turn number are you on? Maybe they don't show up until a certain point. I've been searching past 300AE for some captains. Just killed 10 more aliens since my post. If there's some secret location where they spawn, I'd love to know where. |

I don't patrol over dead planets, instead I troll over rumors. There I find the most heelas. Although they are indeed quite rare.

Because of this thread I had a dream where I found a Heela Alien, but it wasn't very impressive and only had 60 hull for some reason.

I'm sure others wouldn't mind finding it for the award either. Besides, just look at the text under my photo. I kill ALL aliens, no special treatment. EDIT: I FINALLY FOUND IT! Wow, I must have gone through over 200 xeno ships to get its attension. |

This inspires me to make an even more rare Xeno. Clearly Heela too easy to find.

I also took forever to find a Heela, back when I was alien-hunting. But sure enough, I started running into them just when I gave up looking for them. You just need some patience, and they will show up sooner or later. This inspires me to make an even more rare Xeno. Clearly Heela too easy to find. I think I mentioned this somewhere before, but it would be nice if different Alien types had different distribution probabilities, so that some types of aliens are more common over dead planets, others in nebulas, still others in deep space, etc.. Heelas could then have 0 probability everywhere except certain (possibly unmarked) deep space sectors in the middle of nowhere, that would be pretty hard to find unless you knew where to look. |

My captains ranged from hard to impossible. The captain I finally found it with was on Hard difficulty. Cory Trese - yes, clearly Heela is too common. That is definetly what i hoped you would take away from this thread.  |
