I,high Archivist of the Xytox, our glorious Machine Mother #16,and by behalf of the last Broodline of our Lect Minds, the Machine Mother has asked about her creators, the humans, one of our most perplexing questions that even our well grown Nueromind cannot process even before the days when the Machines dragged us out of our Metal Hives after the old Scorch, the questions are,
1.)Where do Humans come from 2.)Who is Shalun 3.)Who are the Machine Mother's Siblings? 4.)Who designed the ships 5.)Are they related to the accursed Korg? 6.)Who are the strange green men who burn our homes? 7.)Why the the Psychicians look like blue humans with yellow growths?
I appear to have typed a cohereent passage in human script and have posted this to the great prince's servers, please reply,oh great human lord Trese.

@fgt'Lak,Xytox Archivor - great questions ... at least 1 & 2 & 4 I am not sure about the rest of them lol. We are hard at work on the Star Traders 2 Lore PDF, which will answer all these questions. We're looking forward to that as the official document, and because it is so close now, we'll focus our efforts there!

(OP here, the Machine Mother,is a Narvidian, the green men are Templars, and the blue men,are humans in blue suit, our dear friend Fgt'Lak,is unaware about the Faction spoken in lore as the Guild, now that you have better understanding, thank me later.)

@fgt'Lak - I'm curious, which games have you played? Many of these answers are most fun to figure out in game -- Templar Battleforce, Star Traders RPG, etc!

I can answer these questions, but I'm confused. Is the asker a Narvidian or a Xeno?

What's a Xeno,I am merely a member of the Xytox species.
(OP Here,Fgt'Lak is a xeno of the Xytox species, encounterable in the map,Delga:The garden. I have played Star Traders and Star Traders 4x on IOS.)

1) As far as I know, humanity, like the spice crystal, has no known point of origin. 2) Ardock Shalun was a prophet who led the factions we know today in a war against the Narvidians and their puppets (the Planetary Guild).

All hail the glorious fallen and his righteous fallen strike cruiser (like this post if you got the joke). Seriously though, where DID Humans come from? What happened to Earth? What happened to our solar system? What happened to the milky way? Why do I ask so many questions?

@starfixer - the Star Traders universe does not originate at earth or the milky way -- neither exists.

@starfixer - the Star Traders universe does not originate at earth or the milky way -- neither exists. What do the Star Traders call their home galaxy?

@starfixer - the Star Traders universe does not originate at earth or the milky way -- neither exists. How is that possible? Where did humans originate then?

It's a made up universe ... so its possible There is no earth, and never was one. Humans originated from the same sources as the other major races that are still at large (xeno, Narvidians) -- they were created by older races (Xarth, Alfaan). That's all long enough ago that history forgot, honestly.
