Honestly though, if I'm the only one having this issue, don't spend much time on it. Like I said, I'm just sort of on a nostalgia trip before ST2 comes out.

It is still an application we care deeply about, so I don't mind spending time trying to improve it.

And for reference, the normal speed is pretty much the same as in the trailer, except it's smoother. |

Yeah -- perception. There are lots of people talking about issues, either after reading threads or just making personal judgement.

Hahaha  After I installed AZ screen recorder, recorded a couple of videos and closed it, the game returned to its normal speed. For the first time ever on my tablet. Although truth is, my tablet (finally) had a software update that improved the compatibility with popular apps... So now which one is it. Well, not that it matters, all my data in tablet was lost due to uninstalling and reinstalling.. . |

Alright, the problem is solved! When I launched the game on my tablet after a while, I sadly found out that I had been returned back to the crappy slow speed I have experienced earlier. So I tried the same thing. I launched the AZ recorder and recorded a short part of myself playing the game. After I stopped the video, the game became faster. So I recorded another video... Only to find out that the game speed increased again! It takes me three or four videos to get a plus minus normal game speed. However, turning the device off returns me back to the slow speed. contributor, maybe it will help you too. |

Poor to know, that this final solution doesn't match to me.  On Cyanogenmod 13.0 (Nexus 6 and Nexus 7 2013 Wifi) the ship movement is incredible slow. Even with the last snapshot (December 2016). |
