off the top of head, I absolutely guarantee Ok! Thanks for the details. I'll keep trying to figure out what is going on. Just looking at the monster roster here and the numbers. Any extra details you can provide are appreciated. Would the region affect it, or only tribe and level? On the pc I could level closer to 24 quick... or you could give a region tmx name and I could pull a group up from there in a boost in map easy peazy.

I know for sure that no Krete I have ever seen has done more elemental damage than physical. While I have no screenshot of it I just fought Level 26 Krete and they had 160 damage and 50 ice/earth (I checked a few times, I am almost certain that was the range, nightmare). I will take some screenshots of the Krete I fight in the swamp after clearing the Underforge.

Thanks all. Will look into it. With literally hundreds of saved games on file, it won't be a problem for me to re-test across the game and level spectrum.
Let's see if we can find some bugs. Those are the numbers in the monster catalog.

Loading up Krete from dark moss wetlands and trading outpost definitely do more elemental dmg than the same tribe in Kern's End even at the same level.
50 earth at level 16, says upto 70 dmg.
The elemental is in addition to the listed dmg "up to 70", right? The upto 70 doesn't specify "physical".

The elemental is in addition to the listed dmg "up to 70", right? The upto 70 doesn't specify "physical". "Up to X Dmg" is physical. Then, in gold, any additional elemental damage is listed (50 earth). There are over 46 types of Krete monsters in the catalogs. It's low priority, but I will get around to checking them.

Ok, Map_3_region_128.tmx has monster groups 199 and 200, Gaen and Aqik lvl 24 (min), 85 earth, 85 ice and 50 phys dmg respectively as fallen has said. Obviously I went through them map editing. Here's the weird thing, their elemental damage DOUBLED their text dmg values (170) if I left (saved) and reentered the game. That may be an artifact of the map editing, I dunno... Resists and weaknesses doubled too... Tested another monster group and the same thing, so maybe a map mod artifact?

I just put the groups into quick boost ins, so they populated right after my team appears in the treasure room, to look for it.

Used steam to revalidate all the game files to unmodded versions. Elemental effects display doubling is still happening, it's probably a bug. I'm getting hits up to 112 dmg at least from the lvl 16 Krete in Kern's End which HAD displayed up to 80 phys and 20 earth, after the elemental dmg display has doubled to 40. I just boosted in, ran my team out there to die, no lvling or gearing, so they only have minimum will and toughness. They shouldn't be taking more than ~95-96 dmg from the archers there, right? I got hit for more than a 100 several times by archers. Tammy and Vraes sacrificed themselves so bravely.

But I do have over 200 saved games at different levels in areas near where I need to check, so I am not sure its in your interest to try to provide the data. I can easily get what I need to confirm issues.
