Haven't had a chance to look yet but applause for the effort. Neither matrim or I own this thread. Everything is s community effort, and we just try to give information that maybe useful to the community.
I like the split as koda was overlooked in the original thread as the focus was solely on max xp. This will help people be more aware of story choices.

NathanGholla outlook does have a level cap. Enemies were lvl 35. Char lvls were 34 through the route there and siege. Gholla should be done before other Ep 3 content.

phaze - Thanks I updated both of the other posts with to Frozen Underroad [35] & Gholla levels [35] level caps. In both posts those maps are set to be done at the end of Ep2, so I left them as they were. Please correct me if I misunderstood

matrimFor the max xp, sparing vlotgar may be the better xp route. A major battle at Reis Lodge plus a future battle to slay a god which usually gives good xp. Killing him may limit xp options unless other content is added to compensate.

For what it's worth I just discovered that the CoD caps out at level 46. At least in Great Gate when I leveled the team from 40 to 41 the mobs stayed at 46. Also I discovered that the SW Wheelroad respawned at some point. I'm not sure when and it appears to be the only map that did.

I had some encounters throughout the CoD, especially on the Eastern Wheel Road, respawn after I moved down the hole in the Western Wheelroad from where you would come as a Koda ally when I was actually a Braeys ally. It's probably the same when you come from the Koda side and go down the hole in the Eastern Wheelroad.

I'd like to add that a plan for the Orcin Caves minimal battle walkthrough with screenshots showing the movement path would be helpful (at least for me ).

I don't think I can get you screenshots, but on the first map, Glacial Wildlands, you want to hang left as far as possible and move north into Icy Caves. There is a campsite on that map you can get to without triggering any fights. To be safe I always go, up left, and cross the river and then come back down it. If you try to go straight across to it from the entrance I think you trigger a fight. In Icy Caves, stay as far to right as possible and move north. You'll have one fight at the top before heading into Vast Cavern. In the next map stay as far to the left as possible again and move north. You'll have to fight one or two fights. When you get to the top of the map, follow the top edge around till you get to the exit. In Orcin Stronghold, move north staying as far right as possible again. You'll have one or two fights before getting to the boss fight.
