You need to get permission to write the doc from andrew and cory, but as far as I am concerned, no code ownership here, anybody who wants to write descripts is welcome to.

Umm, I'm going to get nit-picky here, but in the other Legality thread, you clearly said that Permission and Legality are different things. While I understand the difference, having "Permit Restricted" listed under the Legality heading may still be confusing for new players (unless you have explanations elsewhere).
Also, I noticed that the Legality level is no longer displayed anywhere on screen. This is key information for a Trader though, as whether to buy something or not hinges on how easy it is to sell it elsewhere.
