If we can hold our colony in the toward cluster we can use it for a lure to draw the Xenos, keeping the occupied and away from the core. With ntsheep agreement, I'd say let our fledgling fleet try and hold it, any help from the Cadar and Mok would of course be welcome and appreciated

Given that we have very secure colonies, it seems only fair the Moklumnue fleet assists yours in the frontline.

Given that we have very secure colonies, it seems only fair the Moklumnue fleet assists yours in the frontline. Agreed. As my eloquent Chairman has stated, this Lure plan has the full backing of the Moklumnue military. We cannot afford to let them get close enough to all of the higher prized systems.

With ntsheep agreement, I'd say let our fledgling fleet try and hold it, any help from the Cadar and Mok would of course be welcome and appreciated Could you elaborate on how luring them would work? Ever since Jotunheim was destroyed, the majority of Nyktos world killer attacks have been against Cadar's Northern colonies, especially ones with low population or weak defense. There still have been occasional attempted attacks against Javat's G'vorcia colony, but it does not seem to be the Nyktos' main focus. Uh... how should I say this? There is (currently) no Moklumnue fleet. Moklumnue is protected by Javat in the West and Cadar in the North, so they haven't really needed one yet. Aside from constructing one of the invasion ships, Moklumnue's construction projects have been focused on their infrastructure. I'm sure this will change when Moklumnue begins colonizing outside the Core.
//OOC Do you guys think I'm taking too many turns between updates? Up until now, my plan was to let you guys decide on the general strategies we use, while I manage all the smaller decisions. If I do less turns between updates, then you guys could control the finer details of the game, so let me know if you would rather it be done that way.

Just goes to show how much time I spend underground. Even I wasn't aware that the Mok's didn't have a fleet. I think they deserve a ship or two. This could explain the darn spy wars. They had nothing better to do with no fleet.

Which ever way is easiest for you, I'm cool either way.
Huh that does explain the prickly situation with Mok haha

I am finally back full-time, so I shall assist my fellow Moklumnue Chairmen. Hopefully. Well, first we need some ships you know?

Smug and dismissive? I'm disappointed Tomas. Be much more hostile when it comes to Cadar. I mean... Not now. We don't have a fleet. Let's avoid pissing off the guy with the gun, while we ourselves are unarmed. Also avoid it while there are Xeno on our doorstep. Alright, I believe I can set aside my prejudice for the time being.

Hey, you do you, my friend, but me, I take much more enjoyment out of being passive agressive and sarcastic. Hey... So you actually got yourself a face?! I was starting to think you were a program designed by Steel Song spies to be a pain in my ass. Anyway, back to our politically unstable, refugee filled, war torn, technologically regressive and Alien infested clusterfuck of a stellar empire.

Don't let your guard down yet. Over the viewscreen, anything is possible. But between you and me... Resistor is more likely to be a program.

Event Log:
9.17 AE A successful Trade Meeting has started a Trade Route between Javat and Moklumnue.
9.21 AE Nyktos colony Thachogoth has been destroyed. Javatians are ecstatic to reclaim that red giant.
9.23 AE A Trade Treaty has turns the Javat-Moklumnue Trade Route into a Trade Alliance. If this Trade Alliance, or the Cadar-Moklumnue one, turns into a negative conflict, we would still have at least one lifting up the economy.
9.25 AE Javat has colonized Thachogoth, the system once known as Jotunheim. The Sidtax xenoforms have not been seen since 1.47 AE, but this has changed today. With the purging of the Nyktos-controlled Thachogoth, the Sidtax were no longer pressured to stay out of our side of the Shimmering Belt. A large Sidtax fleet begins gathering on our border.
9.2? Moklumnue begins construction on warships designed to counter the Sidtax: the Rebuke and Refutation Fleet.
9.28 AE The Javat Defense Fleet sustains heavy damage from the Sidtax, and one Plumbata-class fighter is destroyed. The current faction warships were specifically designed to combat the Nyktos, and were unprepared for the Sidtax's swarm attack.
9.31 AE The Templar Defender Lupus Hastati has been destroyed, as well as another Javatian Plumbata-class. Javat can do little but watch and wait for reinforcements to arrive.
9.33 AE Javat's Thachogoth colony has been destroyed. Our invasion ships gather in front of Javat's G'vorcia colony to block the enemy world killers from moving in and invading, and to shield the remnants of the Defense Fleet from the enemy's mass driver and torpedo barrages. The invasion ships are extremely rugged, and take only minor damage.
9.37 AE The Sidtax torrent has been annihilated by Moklumnue's new Rebuke and Refutation Fleet, with assistance from the battered remnants of the Javat Defense Fleet.
9.39 AE Moklumnue has colonized Thachogoth, now calling the system Jotunheim again. Some Javatians are angry about this, because it was a Javat world before the xeno twice destroyed those colonies, and because Jotunheim has a large amount of minerals. Moklumnue claims it was a necessary action to stop the xeno from possessing another nearby world. Moklumnue was on its way to colonize a different star, but the Sidtax attack halted its cleansing.
