The void-blasted sons-of-Narvs you call "Moks" are taking advantage of our suffering! Jotunheim belonged to Javat, and would have once again we didn't let them strong-arm us with their crude fleet!

After Moklumnue's new fleet resoundingly destroyed a recent Sidtax invasion wave, the question of how the Shimmering Belt will be divided up must be asked. Which factions lay claim to which systems?
Quadrant Map:Military:Three new ship types have been created since the our last meeting, the Rufutation Cruiser, Rebuke Fighter, and Plumbata-class MK II.
The Refutation Cruiser may have a slightly unorthodox design, but it is very effective against the Sidtax. Its main offensive capability comes in the form of Torpedo Spread 2 training. It has a light railgun for counterattacks. Here are its schematics:
The Rebuke Fighter is designed move fast, avoid damage, and kill individual targets weakened by the Refutation Cruiser's torpedo spread attacks. Here are its schematics:
The Plumbata-class MK II makes use of a more powerful gun, a solar probe, and a higher level design to be more durable and powerful than the old Plumbata-class. Here are its schematics:
The Javat Defense Fleet was nearly completely destroyed in a recent battle against the Sidtax. It is now composed of one
Harrier Interceptor, and one Plumbata-class MK II. G'vorcia is in the process of creating a second Plumbata-class MK II.
The Cadar Defense Fleet has not changed its composition since the last update it has two (old) Plumbata-classes, one Harier Interceptor, one Templar Defender, and one Templar Explorer. They are performing the essential task of destroying any Nyktos world killers that come from the North of the Core Regions.
Moklumnue's new Rebuke and Refutation Fleet was designed to combat the Sidtax in the Shimmering Belt, and has two Refutation Cruisers and two Rebuke Fighters. They are poised to cover our invasion ships in their campaign to purge the xenos in the Shimmering Belt.

Colony Reports:Colony report summaries:
Of Cadar's colonies...
...Cadar Prime is very productive, and has a lot of room for creating new structures.
...Theobroma C and Flamesong have suffered much in the war with the Sidtax, nevertheless they have become strong and productive.
...Slayer's Folly and Bathore have seen destruction and rebirth, but they have strong defenses, and are unlikely to fall again.
...Druater's people are less concerned with military matters than most Cadarians, and enjoy profitable trade with the nearby Moklumnue worlds.
Of Javat's colonies...
...Javat Prime is the most profitable world in the quadrant. It is often visited by star traders looking to buy cheap minerals that sell for a high price on any other planet. Despite this, Javatian surveyors have located mineral deposits that they are unable to access with current technology.
...G'vorcia has defied the odds, and shined as a become of defiance against the Xeno's ambition to conquer the Shimmering Belt.
...Seihiri and Kyzan Incendium have a promising future, despite their bloody beginnings.
Of Moklumnue's colonies...
...Moklumnue Prime is a world many have made or lost a fortune in dealing with. It is an economic powerhouse with a high population, but otherwise unremarkable.
...Extrerth is hard to pronounce our only planet that has reached its population growth limit. It is unlikely to construct any colony upgrades until better infrastructure technology is researched.
...Afcrone and Achorth are profitable worlds that shall become more profitable as they grow.
...Jotunheim was only colonized last week, and is vulnerable. Our warships in the area shall take special care to guard it while it has not yet constructed defenses.
Politics:Moklumnue has Trade Alliances with both Cadar and Javat. Javat and Cadar are in a Spy Battle.
