Steel Song for bonus and because I like military oriented Captains.
But lorewise I like Rychart Xeno Hunter... You know Other Fascination and Cirm Sector.
But for main faction best are Cadar and Steel Song because of Ranks/Edict based bonuses. You can use others easily even if they are neutral to you.
