It's not working for me.
Is this a microsoft word doc? This is what firefox thinks it is. I am using libreoffice to open it, and it is not finding the proper encoding. So all I get is garbled text. Do you know what the charset encoding there is? Or is there none and these are only images?

Can't open it either. "file" reports that it is "data" (how useful), other zip files are described as "Zip archive data" so who knows? Perhaps it's been corrupted at some point?

It should be a zip file with two pdfs, I'll look into it tomorrow (it's almost midnight here)!

I'm just going to have to add some attachments and see if any of them work - if all else fails I'll have to add screenshots.
I'm using Winzip 11.1 if that makes any difference

What I've done with the last two attachments is zip them up separately instead of together.
