I like Knights of the Old Republic. On the MMO I have an Imperial Agent and Sith Inquisitor characters. I think you'd like the MMO.

I haven't been able to ever play the MMO because my last computer -couldn't- properly run it, and still can't because the computer I use now has damaged hardware and 3D graphics cause it to hard-crash without error every few minutes and need a reboot.
