Im level 11 (started new game earlier) and I have had roughly 4-5 alien encounters and they all ran!?!? Whether I try to advance on them or hit them with a barrage of missiles they always escape, my biggest question tho is "why would a level 90 alien ship run from a level 11 captain"?? And also how can I learn what the different aliens are? And how to identify them?

And also how can I learn what the different aliens are? And how to identify them? You're probably encountering Space Hives. Three broad categories of "alien" ships: 1. Xenos - These creatures are feral bioweapons created by a long dead civilization. 2. Narvidians - Dangerous, evil robots. 3. Space Hives - Anything can be inside these ships... Humans? Narvidians? In any case, these move extremely fast and almost always try to run away. |
