rabidbite - can't wait to see what's next! Any ideas? Story wise? Half way through a book about a super soldier in a fantasy setting. Thing is I want to make it less adult and more kiddie. Still working on how to clear the idea. So I put that off and I'm working on a Supervillain story. I'm debating between Chaos, Abaddon for the supervillain name. (And I don't even DO Warhammer 40k) Pretty fixated on a fallen angel name or a state of existence sort of name. Pandemonium is my 3rd choice at the moment. I want to explore the process of creating a believable villain with the same fear factor as Dr. Doom or Magneto in their most dangerous, non megalomaniac moments. I find Megalomania to be a weakness that makes supervillains really ... really ... stupid. rabid

Lol, I'm not sure either. Now if I could find a way to get some of the in-game fx sounds...

I guess it would be hard to sample from a mobile device. Lets see, theres the ubiquitous impact sounds when someone's ship is hit. Unless you want to throw in some sounds from Templar Assault I cant think of any sound effects in ST at ALL.

The combat fx explosiony noise is what im mostly after, but the templar fx would also work well (from what I remember).

@atlatsscreams - sorry, our licensing agreement only allows us to use the game FX in games and not give to other parties for other works.

I'm surprised you guys didn't work with some of the public domain stuff. Back in my art school days we used to make sci fi sound effects with 1960s zoo sound effects. it was very... strange XD

I can definitely make a keyboard make noises. Definitely. As far as making them make music.... its more of a slap keys until they stop making my ears bleed type deal.
Or i just do it on the piano roll. I know what good music looks like, if that makes sense.
