Quick question. The table only goes up to 33 at episode 3 but is supposed to max out at 64. Is that realistic? With no respawning monsters it just seems unlikely we will get 31 levels out of the final episode unless it is enormous. Mind you I will certainly not complain if you tell me that the final episode will really have that much content. I think I could probably live with that but I don't know if my wife can Anyway the point being when I plan a final build can I really rely on having a level 64 team? Personally, I'd like to see some kind of end-game: So you finish Episode 4, and the story. You're done. Finished. But maybe... Random encounters which take place on a purpose built selected series of maps? Scaled monsters respawn in various dungeons? Bosses respawn to farm XP and cool loot? Perhaps have a new post-game dungeon with lots of floors and it's own high score table, which isn't tied to your difficulty level but gets progressively harder? (high scores could be for example, depth reached, monsters killed etc). Maybe random layouts and spawns in there? I know a lot of the above would be a lot of work. I'm just throwing ideas out there, that's all. I don't expect any / all of them to be implemented

mataeus - the end of the game will not be a flat "end, you're done" but will invite you to enter into a replayable set of end-game dungeons to achieve max level, score, and loot.

mataeus I have only published the first 45 character levels but have the data for all 64 I currently plan to add when players start getting closer to 45. fallen Darn Right! I expect to play this game for years to come! Anything less and Balgair would spend the rest of his life in an insane asylum. Ohh yes I am a fat corn fed pig at the HoS trough just can't get enough. Do you think it worthwhile to go ahead and add levels 46 through 64 to the table at this time? If so I'm on it.

Your plans for the end-game sound very exciting fallen. Couple of questions if you have time please? How many levels do you expect to be remaining at the end of Ep 4? When we are playing through these dungeons will you re-scale the amount of XP needed to reach the next level so that we can level-up through the talents quicker, or will growth continue on the 'in-game scale'? Will the end of Ep 4 cut-off leaderboard scoring? Thanks

bobc - as the game has progressed, the XP gains have been increasing, and you'll see that pick up in E4 too. Especially in the final dungeons ... but those places will be truly nasty too. I don't have an estimate on the level count for the post end-game at this time. Good question about leaderboard scoring. I could see arguments both ways -- that you'd want to be able to compare groups at their "final moment" or that you'd want to run a group forever (think Ironman Nightmare ... if I can keep playing and not dying against always harder monsters ...)

Thanks for the answers fallen. Any question around leaderboards is always a thorny issue and hotly contested. Personally I would prefer a level playing field where scoring stops when Ep 4 finishes. That way the high scores are based on in-game skill and not post-game tenacity.

bobc - perhaps scores after the end of E4 could be posted to special leaderboards.

bobc - perhaps scores after the end of E4 could be posted to special leaderboards. Sounds like a fantastic solution fallen. That option had actually crossed my mind too, though with the advent of tournament leaderboards I wasn't sure that the leaderboard list would become so long and convoluted that it would start turning people off to the idea.

Happy Days, With generous help finally finished the leveling table for all 64 levels. Now you can better plan for the long road to victory. May Ryethin guide your Chosen Four teams.

Is my math just plain wrong or does the Rogue/Thief Talent column total up to 44 and not 45?
EDIT: Also, Sorceror's attribute column only adds up to 33 and not 34

Different characters get different amount of attributes and talent points.

Different characters get different amount of attributes and talent points. I know. I'm trying to point out errors in OP. I imported the able into google docs and had a couple of discrepancies
