Since there are several build options for each and every character, comparison is really hard. One could compare related builds though, like Avoidance Vraes vs. Avoidance Kincaid.

I am looking for Kincaid build threads, and I have yet seen anything that I am looking for. Also, I assume main tanks should focus on tanking and are not expected to be also massive damage dealers?

Every character except Kyera can be a quality damage dealer while mainly fullfilling another role.
A Kincaid build with SP 7/CF 10 will be a quality tank and can put lots of points into offensive talents afterwards. A tanky Vraes can be built used on either armor or dodge/parry, or, if you want to take it to the extreme, both. I'd go with Phalanx Shield 10 , Natural Mastery 10 and Burst of Speed 10 for defensive purposes, forego Berserk Rage, and push the attack talent of choice afterwards. This shouldn't be SS though as NM will add enough to accuracy to use one of the other attack talents. That way Vraes will become a damage dealer in late game.

Can someone explain something to me? My current group arrived at level 5 and only received 2 points of skill and talent attributes, I am using many curses like, torrent of steel, shocking and. Ethereal anguish, and letting vraes and tamilin do the. Rest of the work knock down enemies, so I do not know if for that but my previous group won many points , per level

I'm not entirely certain on the concern here but I will try to cover it. The levels your characters gain are fixed, meaning you will never gain more talent points, attributes, or skills on the same character in one playthrough versus another. Experience CAN vary on different playthroughs though as almost all encounters in the game can spawn a range of enemies (3-5 Ratkin for example). So you may find that in one group all of your characters are level 4 after completing the opening but in another group they may only be level 3. Overall though, just because of the sheer number of encounters, at the end you should find that you average out to the same experience roughly in every playthrough with all things being equal (meaning you are not fighting more or less battles in separate playthroughs).
