They're not too hard to spot, just keep your eyes peel for odd variations in the walls.

You can always click/tap any made walls you're near to test for secret doors too. They're never rough cave walls afaik.

Good morning (because it's dawning here) I noticed that at the beginning of the EP1 soon after you get up to level one thousand n investigate a cell, and she vraes and kjartan, talk about a ring in a cell, vraes to understand that ring Can be useful, so my doubt and 1) there are secret items or this ring can not be used in the game, and only part of a dialogue, be cause I not get it ring
2) how do I go through a secret door

You just need to click on the "cracked" portion of the wall to open it. Bear in mind this will use 1 AP in combat. They are only located in structured stone walls like in the screen shot, never in cave walls or any other walls.
