I hope that this is actually capped at some point. I'll need to test by flying with 100 units of artifacts to see if I get an accident every turn Doesn't work like that. If the normal accident rate is 1%, then 100 artifacts means that the new accident rate will be (1-(0.99^100))*100% = 63.397%. ie. to get to 100% accident rate you would need an infinite number of artifacts in the hold (yes, that is a feature request:) )

Have a ship manufactured purely from artifacts, that ought to attract accidents and aliens.
I'm tired of customizing sigs every time I flash a ROM. This time it's plain old Torp City!

I read the thread, and I'm a bit confused regarding the first officer: what does a "crew boss" do? (> 10% Vudka in cargo yields 1 Crew Boss per Vudka)

can't seem to find the definition. But my guess is that crew bosses are crew members in charge of other crew. so it's crew, then crew boss, turn captain in terms of authority. The more vodka you have, the more crew bosses you please, so the more likely they're gonna help keep morale up.
basically, it's a measure of morale loss protection. first mate + vodka + intimidate = morale loss protection
