Okay new phone time and my new phone, HTC Desire 610 doesn't appear to have a 'Developer' section. My old one does....
*EDIT*
Okay starting Helium prompts me to start USB Debug, but I can't find the menu willingly from settings....

You may have to go into About Device and click on Build Number 7 times.
(Yes, I know this sounds slightly insane, but try it and it probably will work.)
Settings > About Device > Tap Build Number 7 times

Yes, but the thing is to let people know that, if they don't have any developer options, there is a sneaky way to recover that functionality. Otherwise, they are unlikely to know there is something they can do, and thus won't be googling for anything...

Wait ... now that I looked at it, I link directly to a walk through on how to do this from my walkthrough. From my page: Turn on Developer options for your phone. You can read a quick walk through on this here. You will find it under your Android Settings as “Developer Options”. It is close to the “About phone” link. Not sure what else I can do to make this easier for folks! |

Has anyone succeeded with another method (besides Helium) to transfer Trese Brother saved games between devices without Root? I have a Moto X phone and apparently the Helium app does not work for it (per the Helium wiki). Additionally, I do not think there is a root exploit for the 2013 Moto X at the moment. |

samopop - if the device is rooted, transfers are doable. Titanium Backup etc works.

grävling - Indeed, thanks for all the info! Nonetheless, after looking through those links, it looks like I am out of luck. I have an AT&T Moto X that does not support unlocking the boot loader by the carrier and there are no known ways to unlock the bootloader on my version of Android (4.4.4).
