It was my fav type.. (I said "Drone Master" instead of "Rigger" because I did not want to offend the Copyright gods )

It's just a pity that they no longer exist in Shadowrun They got merged with deckers to make Hackers.

Just thought of another feature when I went looking for a similar game to CK. A hall of fame!To give you an idea of what I'm thinking: www.mobygames.com/game/dos/ragnarok/screenshots/gameShotId,46701/ And this is the game that CK kinda reminds me of: www.mobygames.com/game/dos/ragnarokI loved Valhalla/Ragnarok thought that I'd never be able to play it again, until Dosbox came along. Also why is it that we currently have a notebook within our PDA yet we can't take/make any notes? Is this a future feature, or part of the main storyline when it's completed? (keep forgetting to ask this one!)

moody - the notebook will be similar to a captain's log, but will be used to track story events. It's still a work in progress I guess (both the notebook functionality, and the first-of-many main storylines). EDIT: Also, I have added your hall of fame idea to the bug tracker!

How about melee weapons other than the glove type items. Seems silly for a CyberSword to not have a sword (or knife, club, axe, etc).

fallen - Hey, another thing I think would be pretty nifty would be a function to be able to trade with other players, either for cash or or other items. The way I see this working would be to implement a one-time use code, perhaps similar to Animal Crossing's system(if you are familiar with that). For example, let's say me and Moody want to trade a gun for some cramshots and a v-chip to a nice contact. We'd simply select the items to trade(could even have a trade house inserted in one of the zones in NB), have the trade consume the items from your inventory and convert them to a code that you pass on to the person you're trading with. Then we could come here, exchange codes either via private messages or through topics. Go back into the game, talk to whoever we need to, redeem the codes and voila!

Not a bad idea, but probably outside the scope of the game.

dilz669 - we promise to get there! More weapons will become available as we go, including extra melee types. @hate - Whaaa? Hahaha, sounds awesome but I am with taatuu. How does it work again? My #1 question -- does it force a Trese Brother's game to require any permissions (net)?

A cab ride when providing an escort should cost more than just a standard single person fare

When looking at purchasing an apartment key, can we add a map view to go with the emails purchase button?

When looking at purchasing an apartment key, can we add a map view to go with the emails purchase button? Even a small flavor text regarding the location of the safehouse would be cool. Right now i'm just doing it like pokemon and catching them all

fallen essentially in your game you would use an NPC who would take the items from you (it removes it from your inventory) and you received a code from the NPC (think Metroid/Kid Icarus code, only it is adds an additional tag that has a unique sender code) you come to the boards and someone says "I need a bigger gun!", in a private message you send them the code and then the player can input the code at the same NPC in their game. The NPC then gives them the item (which in Animal Crossing would probably also say "From Hate, with Love" or something else adorable) and the "trade" is complete. The biggest problem I foresee is that it could be easily abused, hackable or otherwise exploitable. The other thing is, that's quite a bit of additional coding for Cory. If this becomes something Cory decides he wants to invest time into, it might be worth it to just setup an auction house sort of system. As with all cross-phone communication though it runs into permissions I am sure. Personally I think the scope of the game is rather small to be worried too terribly much about trading with other players and such. Don't get me wrong, it's a great idea, and there's a reason all those facebook games utilize it. It draws players in, makes them get their friends playing, etc. But everything you need is in CK, it's a self-contained sort of system. I *personally* see nothing that makes me scream social-gaming. Besides I socialize with you fine gents here. Now, you wanna talk MMO? Let's talk MMO. I got a whole game-design doc sitting on my FTP server just itching for some reworking.
