I was 12 when Pokemón first came out, so if course it was an obsession. I just enjoy the fact that any two of any species can be completely different than each other. There was 151 when it came out and now there are well over 700 to collect. Just awesome games, great stories (in game) great tv shows (yeah, I still dig the first season)I'm not really sure why at 27 I still get a kick out of playing them. Like HoS there are an unbelievable number of combinations you can choose for your party.... Solid fun RPGs if you ask me =)

Borderlands 2 got a dust off a couple of days ago and I'm playing it with my stepson allot lately. Heroes of Steel is my JAM lately (i.e since it came out) I keep making groups and end up thinking of a better one so I just play group after group. I've settled comfortably into my Iron Curtain build so now I have a cohesive unit for a change I used to play CoD all day every day, but then my 1.33 K/D ratio went down to a .66 when Ghosts came out so i gave it up for good. I shout at my tv much less now. Pokemón has always had a special place in my heart and I've played most of them since it started, but then grew up (slightly)... still awesome RPGs though. Hahaha, I've been there bro. I had a 1.20ish KD up until Black Ops 2, but man the screaming I used to do at the TV... I've been much happier once I put that game down and switched over to Battlefield for example (but even that I'll only do with friends, as not having a friend to coordinate with is pretty much an instant loss in that series). My health has greatly improved since then. BL 2 is great, but I get super bored playing by myself. And I can't make myself like Craig OR the Mechromancer characters. Sirens FTW. But anyway, I am currently playing Diablo III (Some complain that each character only has one or two builds. That's because people aren't particularly creative/brave), Cyber Knights, Star Traders (even though I erased my achievements and characters by accident YET AGAIN!!) and ST Empires (I don't care for the 4X tag either, rabidbite). I'm also playing Charlie Murder, which is surprisingly deep and fun in its sillyness (acid trips, throwing brains at people and some scary little girl ghosts). I'm looking forward to picking up Skyrim again (all 1000+ of my saves have been deleted! AAAAAHHHHH!!!), Mass Effect 3 (I finally got around to beating 2) and Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. Life is good.

Hi @ rabidbite. Neverwinter nights, is the base pack. You HAVE to install it, to play the others. Shadow of Undrentide and Hordes of the Underdark, are both expansion packs, that add completely different stories, accessible from the main Neverwinter Nights menu. There is a further pack, called Kingmaker, that adds User Created Modules, to the game, but I now avoid loading Kingmaker, because it caused problems in the other "official" ep's, so I can't really safely recommend it.

I've got Watch Dogs on PC - core gameplay is great, but Aiden Pearce is one of the worst protagonists ever, the driving is awful and the campaign goes on for about 3 centuries.

I've still to play Star Traders Empires. I really should, but currently trying to enjoy all these 1st person shooters. I didn't even know there was one. I'm not sure Mass Effect was on special this summer. Actually, not sure it can be played on PC. I'll have to check. I'm going to pass on Watch Dogs. The reviews have been pretty terrible. I HAVE been thinking of getting my hands on red Dead Redemption. My problem with those Rock Star games is that they sort of tire me out. I completely forgot about Infamous.... I'll peek at it.

You've talked me into it. I'll take a peek at Neverwinter before I hit Far Cry 2. abysmal I haven't played a single Final Fantasy game since I saw AERIS die. on FFVII. All my love points out the window!? All that effort!? SCREW THAT!. If Tifa had better looking arms, I'd have gone for her. rabid

rabidbite. NWN 1 IS old now. I suspect that the NWN 2 bugs, have been dealt with now. Better graphics, but not sure about gameplay. If you do go for NWN 1, make sure you get the patch, that removed the copy protection. It's an OFFICIAL patch, because the protection made it impossible for some DVD drives, to read the files. The expansions for NWN 1 are good, because they allow more than one NPC companion. In fact. Think I'll load up again soon.

Swami. I've been reading some of the gog reviews. In a way, they are correct about NWN 1's main story. I thinks it does suffer from duplicate fetch and carry missions, in each chapter. It's also correct, to say that it's worth buying for the Hordes Of The Underdark pack. That pack, is TRULY epic! I'd certainly save money, and get the value pack- but as I said before. I can't really recommend Kingmaker. If you have time and the inclination, you can write your own NWN campaigns, including the scripting of objects and effects. The conversation/quest dialogue, takes some time to get used to though. I like having "hard copy" CD's and DVD's, for my bookshelf. You can play NWN 1, without the disk, in the drive, if it's patched.
