On a different note, I have delved into Stronghold crusader lately. I'm not among the best, but I'm still becoming quite good in multiplayer. Not to brag, but after a 20 minute no rush my opponent was astonished by the fact that I sent 211 horse archers to him They died anyway due to his teammate helping him though.Still, I was very disappointed with Crusader extreme. It was criticised for overwhelming difficulty... But where is that difficulty? There are just 6 or 7 missions you cannot rush and only three of them are actually challenging .Although when you don't rush, the diff indeed kicks in... You sir just earned a lot of my respect. Would love to fight with you or against you in multiplayer.

Sure, I'm always up for a good fight Although I've dropped my activity lately after seeing lots of players just curl up behind towers spammed with crossbowmen and shields... How am I supposed to siege that when horse archers are inefficient against it, xbows get slaughtered by enemy assassins and mangonels and catapults are worthless against balistae? Worse thing to note is, they wait for my attack so I deplete my forces and then have nothing to defend with. In the end so what that my economy is twice as powerful as my opponent's, when I can't really make use of it, because peasant spawn rate is what prevents me from keeping my army huge. I guess I should take a page from their book and just wait till they attack me, since if I attack them, I have no chance of defending once I lose my army, because I don't build towers. Or I can just wait until they hit the army limit, then make 100 catapults and attack them with that Although the catapult casualties would be huge due to frikin' assassins, mangonels and balistae.

Use shields to block the crossbow bolts and the balista and send in assassins if they are allowed. Otherwise just shoot em with Catapults. Easy. Oh yeah 1 shield blocks 2 or 3 soilders regardless of size so always have more then you need.

When they have towers all over the horizon, it is very hard to send in assassins. And I have to say that against 10 mangonels and 6 ballistae shields don't make that much of a difference in terms of keeping my xbows alive But I'll definitely keep that in mind, since I am still a sieging amateur But it would probably be better to build a huge army of catapults and cover then with shields, xbows and assassins. And knights.

Shields will eat a lot of bolt's a rush of knights from the caste either from the guy your sieging or from an ally are the problem. And 100 or so shields and about the same in catapults should be enough to kill pretty much anything they throw at you. As long as the stones hit that is I'm not a veteran by any means i just had REALLY hard matches. You wouldn't believe how many just make themselves look like total new guys just to catch you off guard.

Haha Many people dislike rushers and pros, so some people will sandbag or look like they're sandbagging. For example one person tries to stop me from rushing so badly that he makes strange rules, long no rush and gives lots of gold to players. Last time we played with 40k gold on a map with lots of marshes and very little building space. So I decided to build woodcutters in his place, since I had no use for them.

I've been playing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. The last time I've played KOTOR 2 was many years ago on the original Xbox, and I was too young to understand the deeper themes of the game. Very good game!

KOTOR and KOTOR 2 are interesting games. Not a star wars fan tho. To be honest a star traders movie or trilogy i would watch. It's funny an "indie( Don't know where to place TB) company makes a better game with better lore then the whole star wars series togeather.

(In my opinion) Star Wars lore has some really awesome stuff as well as some stupid stuff; Star Traders lore by contrast is consistently interesting. I'd also watch a Star Traders movie, but I don't think it is very likely that we will ever get one

It's not really a game per se, but this evening I've been having fun with the 'XCOM 2 propaganda photos' demo

Now I encountered an upgrade to the ratted castles... Round towers protected by lookout towers to ensure the safety of xbows against archers and a gigantic moat to ensure he won't lose... So after he smashed my siege equipment with knights for the second time (I am not too good in coordinating my forces), I simply quit the game, because it was gonna be an infinite one. And his eco wasn't even strong enough to finance the army, he survived only due to his giant castle filled with crusaders and xbows and my inability to coordinate my troops. I guess I have something to practice... And to buy a new mouse, because the one I have not only double clicks often, but now also started not clicking at all I'm never buying anything from Asus again.

I bought A4Tech A70. It is a mouse of a brand that is hated by several pros, because it allows for cheating that gets avoided by VAC. I bought it due to the fact it is programmable and very good quality

I started downloading Mount and Blade with every dlc. 3GB. That's how big it was. And no there wasn't a zero next to it, straight up 3GB's. What the hell ?
