Could the map section get updated with an explanation of movement costs in fuel and ranges (seems diagonal are 1.5 for torpedo but not for movement points, I haven't tested for fuel), and the green squares around colonies.

MP is spent at a rate of 1 per space, no matter what. It is also spent at a 1 to 1 ratio with AP, if MP is left when AP is spent. I believe fuel is spent at 2 per space in red tiles and I know for sure it is 0 per space in green tiles.

The maximum current Xeno tech level is 10. Rating 8 ships are pretty tough.

Another request to add to the manual: in ship material points can you mention that he refiling from the reactor is already included and you can neither increase nor reduce this value?
For example, the default strike fighter when you begin the game has a reactor giving 2 refueling and as level 1 has 28 ship materials. If you zero out every ship field it will claim two points are spent, not zero points. Those are the refueling points, not a bug.
I'm a little embarrassed to admit how much time I spent last night making builds trying to figure out what was going on before I saw it staring me in the face. Haha.

Do trade points need population? I think, from reading that only cp and rp need population but I can't confirm or deny trade based on the manual.
