Wonderful news, congratulations! Will any of the artwork in progress get posted on the Patreon viewing website? Just posted up the entire evolution of the banner, from the original, the two designs of the Captain (Cadar & Rychart), some solo shots of the Victus, and the final boards! Thanks for the reminder - the last few days have been low sleep and I forgot! Just took a quick peek. I think the Cadari Captain has potential (nicely shaped too), She reminds me a little of Selen's attitude, but I really think you made the right call, the Rychart captain is more sophisticated and suave. That flipping through a card deck feature to show off the new ship designs is pretty cool. The ships windows and lights really make them look occupied. You think you could look into the bridge and see some old tramp freighter captain in a stained T shirt with a cup of coffee and what might pass for a doughnut on some worlds. Great Job, thanks. |

Of course I'm excited.
You could release a turd simulator and I'd be excited.
(My brain has just gone into overdrive thinking of a poop-n-scoop sim, then being a park ranger, then managing a park with play areas, football (soccer) fields, basketball courts, keeping out gangs, building better park features, cleaning up for inspections, supporting local galas... Get in there before Kairosoft does!)

Jacob - we'll be sharing the backer rewards on the community as soon as the list is finalized, probably late next week. We got a lot of feedback with Heroes of Steel that we should have shared-more-shared-earlier, so we are working to that goal.

HEY! So, busy busy busy with life (got back from the honeymoon and have been hoping around like mad) but I just got a facebook pop-up saying you guys are getting ready to run a ST2 kickstarter. Oh my! Well, looks like I'll have to find some time for the boards again.... haha. Good luck, I'll be contributing for sure!

I literally started clapping and grinning like a little kid when I saw this! I am very, very excited to be revisiting Star Traders RPG with all upgraded art chops  Are you going to be doing all the art, or will you have some other folks working on it? rabid |

fallen and Brutus Aurelius, thanks a ton to both of you. I'll admit I've been pretty lax in my forumsing thess past two months or so. It's not all my fault though, I had family fly from the US to South Korea specifically for my wedding and stay here for 2 weeks. So on top of preparing for my wedding and taking care of my fiancee, I had to tour guide my family around and work a full time job. These days I'm basically jsut trying to sock some money away, got my nose to the grindstone. However, that facebook message brought me back. You guys are always on my mind, I've just been too busy (and lazy!) to get much of anything done. I'll be much more active now. So..... what did I miss? I saw that Kincaid came out for HOS! Awesome work there, congrats! I'll go pick him up ASAP, I'm actually getting ready to buy a "new" phone. I put that in quotation marks cause my wife is convinced that if we shop around enough we can get a good phone for free, so we are waiting for either the Note 3 or the G3. Who knows what she'll eventually settle for, though. Once that new phone is in my hands I plan on going on a HoS/ST4X spree!

We'll include details about the breakdown of how the funding will be spent in the KickStarter pitch. |
