I'd like to take a poll here. Is there any objection to Thulun claiming Restfallen, Baza City, Jahant 6, Kaflenge, and Leiwin? (Not for immediate colonization, of course, but just to get an idea of where we are free to colonize when we do decide to. The high officers of Thulun, in the Great Council of Thulun assembled,
HAVING RECEIVED the reports of the Templar Exploration Fleet,
UNDERSTANDING the interests of other parties in this territory,
BEARING IN MIND the strengths and weaknesses of each party,
ORDERS THAT stellar system "Thulun Prime" is to produce, in order of construction, one habitation unit, one colony ship to be named Thulun-Colony-1 or another name as Templar Command sees fit, one factory, and one palace, and
ORDERS THAT the stellar system "Tennanth" is to produce, in order of construction, the factory currently being produced, one habitation unit, one spice hall, and one exchange, and
ORDERS THAT the current Thulun colony ship is to colonize Leiwin immediately, and

REQUESTS THAT the worlds Restfallen, Ogvidissio, Jahant 6, Kaflenge, any other world be reserved for House Thulun, subject to negotiation, and
REQUESTS THAT Thulun-Colony-1 be sent to any world reserved for House Thulun, at the discretion of Templar Command, and
REQUESTS THAT after we have researched Planetary Construction 3, research is started on Planetary Construction 4, and after that is complete, then the alliance research Faction Politics 3, and
REQUESTS THAT the T.F. The Prophet’s Eyes return to base for refueling, then resume exploring anomalies, and
REQUESTS THAT instead of wasting alliance funds to construct costly ships, by default, the alliance is to construct many of the less expensive ships in lieu of constructing less of the more expensive ships, and
COMMENDS Templar Command for their work.

May I also add that there is NO reason for us to explore past the outer ring of newly discovered systems! We have more than enough to build an empire upon, and there is no sign of any Xeno- let us keep it that way. Explore the known anomalies and do not push our luck.

OOC/ Were the build orders taken from the Steel Song's Refrain thread or did we miss the vote completely?/OOC All - private discussion rooms for each House to discuss their affairs are just that. Yes, the doors are open, but nothing said within the room should be construed as the final decision. Any factional decisions should be put forth in this thread for the whole collective to view. This means 1) Anything said in this thread will be construed as you speaking FOR the faction (unless explicitly stated) 2) Any discussions with your faction you want to have prior to making a decision should remain in your designated faction thread. 3) This helps keep this thread from being too confusing for the Voice of Consensus to follow ("Did Steel Song mean this, or that, and oh what did Thulun want? Only Javat seems to be clear") 4) The Voice of Consensus doesn't need to go to multiple places to get decisions noted down for the next turn.  |

Javat has discussed Baza...but hasn't made a formal decision on it. 2 of the Chancellors have agreed Baza is a good choice with the rest seemingly still contemplating.

lixxx235, I see nothing wrong, per se, with any of the worlds you mentioned:Restfallen, Ogvidissio, Jahant 6, Kaflenge But, I do not speak for the entire Javat Council. Javat may not be on the front lines where ships are concerned, but we do need mineral rich systems to help the cause for all of the Great Houses. We can support and be a force to be reckoned with, but we are still here to grow just as much as any other House. I cannot make any specific choices for your House as to the systems it seeks for growth...I only ask for as much fairness as you would expect from others.

lixxx235 - sorry, I was doing math very poorly when I posted that update. I meant 72 hours, not 36. I should hopefully get an update done sometime tomorrow. Today is a really hectic day for me. En1gma (and others) - I can't get a full view of known space due to the size, but the closest one right now is the zoomed out view I posted at the bottom of the community map post. Click here to see it. It's only missing Leiwin and Ogvidissio which are just off the bottom of the map. It's not labeled, but comparing it to the zoomed in and labeled maps should give you the best idea how the planets lie.

Ok, folks. Voting deadline is in around 12 hours so try to get things formalized and voted on in here for that. Since the vote ends at 9:45pm my time and I need to wake up at 4:00am the next day, I'll probably just collect all the votes and head to bed. I can write up the newest update in my spare time tomorrow and get it posted ASAP. Or, if everyone gets their votes in relatively quickly, I can process the cycle earlier and try to get a new update out this afternoon. Whatever is better for you guys  |
