Sorry but at that range, he's an incredibly bad shot, especially if using a high tech sight. Something about this fascinated me, and I ran with it. New wrinkle.

On Patreon - thanks to our Patreons for helping to support this project for all to enjoy. Excited to share a new page of the ST Web comic - page 9! I've changed the rendering style again but I think this time for the far better. I hope you like it -- pulling a bit more toward the comic / cartoon rendering, and making the lighting simpler. The main goal of switching rendering styles for about the fifth time is trying to find a quality level that is enjoyable but that can be done with relative speed. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this latest page compared to the others! The good news is, as I had hoped, drawing a comic is helping me grow my art skill. Perspective, hands, lighting, ... lots of good things in every panel for me to work on, and excited to see improvements. I am always amazed at how little action I can seem to cram into a single page. Things are about to (finally) jump into high gear, so I am hoping to work out the next two page as big action montages as things wrap up. Thanks to all of the Patreons who voted on the resolution Also, the comic needs a name. "ST web comic" starts to sound goofy. Thanks to xdesperado for pointing out an oddity in the last panel that led to the oddity in this panel Holy wow, dayan I feel your pain

Two new pages out this morning and a big thanks to our Paterons for supporting this comic! With page 10 and 11 of the newly named comic, Vigilante Skies -- finally the action starts to swing back in the crew's favor. You are the steering committee for this comic, so your choices drive, limit, and expand the choices that will be available later. Early on, it was decided that Ava herself would take care of the Bounty Hunter -- she just needed a minute. It was also voted during that time that the Bounty Hunter wouldn't actually be killed, and might be bribed into helping. I'm focusing on providing choice every page now, even if they are smaller. So, time to choose! Any Patreon pledging at least $2 has Voting Rights to pick a choice -- write ins are welcome! [ ] the unnamed Bounty Hunter looses a HAND to the cargo crane but survives. Maybe an augmentic hand later. [ ] the unnamed Bounty Hunter looses an ARM to the cargo crane but survives. Maybe a full arm replacement later. [ ] the crane disables the unnamed Bounty Hunter but takes its full wrath out one the muscle fighting Raven.

Smacks the shit out of the unnamed BH, then tears the henchman to pieces. She needs her crew alive to make it out of this...

Another vote cast on Patreon by grävling -- the scales are inexorably tipped against the muscle. The bounty hunter will get to keep his limbs!

fallen is it one vote per $2 dollars or one vote per personality. The lab sheeps and a few of the grunts want to join in. I vote for option 3.

fallen is it one vote per $2 dollars or one vote per personality. The lab sheeps and a few of the grunts want to join in. I vote for option 3. I think, in fairness to the non-sheeps in the crew, that we have to limit to one vote per pledge (at any amount over $2). You've tipped the scales into collapse. I better start working on the next panel -- muscle gets it!

Join us on Patreon with a $2 / month pledge for Voting Rights! Cast your vote in the choose-your-own-adventure style Star Traders comic -- Vigilante Sky! The 11th page presented a Choice Poll and you, our Patreons, decided the next twist. The Bounty Hunter was primarily spared (keeping his arms and hands) and the muscle takes the brunt of the hit! CRUNCH is right! With both enemies down, somoene goes for the dropped gun. Page 12's choice poll is as follows and focused on character development: [ ] Raven LeClaire recovers the gun with full intention to shoot and kill the bounty hunter. Her loyalty to the crew includes a killer instinct. [ ] Raven LeClaire recovers the gun in order to force the bounty hunter to surrender for capture. Life, and the intel the hunter may have, are too precious to waste. [ ] Apone Mitchell recovers the gun with the full intention to shoot and kill the bounty hunter. A hard childhood on an indie world taught Apone to kill, and he won't hestitate. [ ] Apone Mitchell recovers the gun in order to force the bounty hunter to surrender and maybe smash his face once for good measure. Apone knows the choice is Avenira's to make. The Officer's intention does not gaurantee that is what will happen
