I really think I could have summoner or a necromancer in this Game, particularly I always like this type of hero, end one bard will is woderfull too , but one mage with powers of lusion or mental powers ,think wolderful too Please not a stinky old Bard. Anything but that! They don't do anything well... Except showtunes. They make a great destruction and pickpocket but don't fight well or cast well. Please tell me there is a theater in Riven Field where we can drop him off. Definitely not a popular option. I think they get a short shrift from D&D and such and have just been pigeonholed into a wierd corner. Thankfully, Monk would have been my first choice

Thankfully, Monk would have been my first choice I think something like a warrior monk or even a assassin type monk with polearms could be an interesting idea, use stuff like cold/ice. Big ol' V covers the second idea I had in mind, almost perfectly with something like a Two-handed focused character geared toward offense but with maybe skills that make him stronger upon taking damage and being at a lower health threshold. Sort of like a risk/reward deal, lower defense for more offense or maybe self-inflict damage to achieve some powerful effect. Could even have a Thorns effect he takes damage and it gets dealt a portion back as a sort of counter attack. Another idea was one I've always wanted to see was perhaps a Sneak/Specialist character that used bigger weapons and stealth -- y'know an odd ball sort of deal. In Legends, think we could have a Female character for a Warrior? And maybe a Male for a Sneak role? Would be a interesting idea too.

Reiko - awesome votes! In Legends, there will be two major changes. You won't be locked into a group of 4 characters, one of each type. You'll be able to tune your squad through your play and RPG decisions, bringing and losing characters as you go. The end result is more like Templar Battleforce, a squad of your creation. Also, that means that the character classes will be far more diverse and that they will not be linked to sex directly (all wizards are male).
