Heavy Armor Specialist Ignores negative Ini modificators from armor. Characters that survive a crew combat have a x% chance to gain this trait. x is the absolute value of the negative ini modifier of that characters armor. This is actually really cool. I think the odds of getting it need to be dramatically lower though.

I think the odds of getting it need to be dramatically lower though. That may be true. I am not set on the exact percentage but I would like it to be dependend on wearing heavy armor. This could open up some design space for super heavy armor with spectacular stats and really harsh ini modificators which would see no use otherwise.

Once again after finding the right thread
Lone Survivor +15% All Accuracy +15% All Damage +15% Critical +15% Dodge +15% Parry +15% Death Save Never Breaks in Combat Unlocks a Red Bandana for this character as a visual option.
Characters can gain this trait only by winning a crew battle as the only surviving member of their team.
OK this isn't serious I confess. But I would like the Idea to have traits that can only be earned by character for special achievements or heroics.

cerseisadvocate - that is a cool concept to push the Trait mutation a level further and look at really specific situations. I could also see special Traits being given to any non-combat crew member who survives a boarding assault from the enemy for example.

Insomniac: -2 Wisdom, -2 Quickness, -2 Resilience This is a bad trait that might be fixed by Chaesin trait conditioning
Opportunist: An opportunist businessperson, captain gains a cut of this character's side gigs, if officer grants a (Wisdom+2)% chance for the player to gain X credits whenever this character is paid; +2 Wisdom Inspired by the arrangement in Subjective Vengeance between the bounty hunter officer and the captain (I don't remember their names). The credit earning ability of the trait should only be active if officer so that the player can't keep a crew full of Opportunists granting credits for doing nothing. Trait should not be mutatable for captain.

Crew Loyalist- Will defend crew to their last breath gains 15% armor -10% death save

Flight Tactician: Grants XP gains from successful flight patterns to 2 other crew, +5% Craft Evasion, +2 Wisdom
(So when they gain 16 XP from a good flight, two other random crew-mates also get +16 XP)
