I for one, love the draft so far. So many details about life as a Star Trader and Faction citizen have been explained already, and there is still a lot to go! I also can't wait to read more about the new Syndicates.

I want to know what 'the Guild' is. From what I know, the Guild is the Planetary Guild. The one that enslaved and tried to destroy the Star Traders when the Narvidians had control.

Always wanted to know what really was going on. My knowledge is limited, but I believe Cory Trese said that the Guild was one of the two big human powers during the early human Golden Age. They controlled a lot of shipping and planets, with the Star Traders making up the other major power. Guild science vessels discovered a Narvidian derelict, and used the tech within to learn the secrets of FTL communication among other things. This led to the Narvidian being able to use the FTL network to start manipulation of the Guild and build more Narvs.

Brutus Aurelius . grävling . In what grotto lies this beautiful tome of lore written of yore whereof you speak? Who has authored it and is it he that even today so jealously guards it with life and limb? Hear now! Illuminate my mind and quench my thirst for knowledge. I am intrigued. You have piqued my curiosity. Spill !!

Finally understood why I never liked those Rychard ships. They're full of badly dress politicians.

I for one am very curoious about The Event. To those who don't know, "The Event" was a mysterious... event. When The Event happened in the STRPG quadrant, the Templars took up defensive positions around the quadrant, mostly abandoning the task of keeping the factions in line. The ST calendar is based off The Event (A.E. means After Event). Since ST4X and ST2 quadrants also use it for their calendar, that means it must have simultaneously happened in all quadrants. A powerful Narvidian FTL signal, perhaps?
