In the last dialog of "Ends over Means":
"...by what we are about to give you Estelle"
There's a period missing at the end.

And...back to Felix...or his mission at least:
"The exact comms relays and military channels being used to send this information goes a long way...."
That should be "go".
Same convo:
"in neutral ground"
That should be "on"...well, unless they're all dead, in which case they'd be meeting in the ground, not on it.

And then back to Eryn Razor, whose conveniently on the same effing planet as Felix:
"life time" here should be "lifetime".
Later:
"Where the real money and power lies."
That should be "lie".

And now Felix again:
"I think...It will be...."
Those are two parts of the same sentence--"It" should be lowercase.

In Felix's story:
"Steel Song prides themselves on fighting, don't expect anything but sloppy spy work?"
It might be a little clearer with a "so" in front of "don't" (it took me a minute to figure out what you were trying to say), but the bigger problem is that "prides themselves" is mismatched. Don't you usually refer to them as "the Steel Song"? In that case, try "The Steel Song pride themselves...."
Next sentence:
"...for finding this comms relay, without it...."
That comma would probably be best as a period.
And then:
"...there is an fascinating overlap."
That should be "a".
And shortly after, there's "delipidated", which should be "dilapidated".

In Brokstrom's announcement about the new Coalition Defense Force, there's a reference to "efigies". That should be "effigies".

In the "Political Retribution" mission, the first step has a "Lawful Warrant" option--the text there is missing the name of the prisoner. It's also missing in the results screen, oddly enough.

Jon Kaytyn:
"Prospectors go searching to get their pay, I am paid...."
That comma should be a period or semi-colon.
Then:
"If Elsa Nariman is serving on your ship captain...."
Unless this is intended to be an adult game, you need a comma after "ship".
Seriously, the major story vignette are popping too much together: I had 7 pop in one stretch of about 5 years.

Back to Felix:
"...you kicked the wasps nest...."
You need an apostrophe at the end of "wasps".
I realized I'd be safer here, the Gestalt...."
That comma should probably be a colon.

A toast for something, probably high Government rating:
"Watch your words, every shadow has eyes...."
That comma should be a colon.

In the Ultrawraith mission:
"Time is short, the Ultrawraith is...."
That comma should be a colon, or maybe a period or semi-colon or dash.

When I finally get back to Felix's world, this is in the dialog:
"The Cadar starport mechanics here are crowing the latest...."
There's an "about" missing after "crowing".

The conversation with Gestalt Aekon:
"We Gestalt may speak our minds, they will not...."
I would make that comma a semi-colon.
Later:
"May the void welcome him, Felix went...."
That comma should probably be a semi-colon or dash.
In the mission results screen after that dialog, there's a blank where the name of the contact should be. (Yes, I know what it happened, but it doesn't look right.)

And now back to Jon:
"It was the early days, they were just...."
A colon or semi-colon would work well there.
Later:
"Some stayed, deciding to die in battle than...."
That should be "rather than".

Moving on to Cassie Cain:
"I've dug into her background, she's top notch."
Colon, semi-colon, period, dash all work there.
