In recent past, I came across this really good spreadsheet. I started using it, but I soon found that it was painfully outdated. So I started updating it and I keep on doing it. Every credit goes to original creator of this good project, which honestly I don't know! ^^ However I edited quite a bit in the last few evenings and decided to repost it officially asking to the Admins to stick the post so as everyone can easily acces to this throve of informations... Please everyone contribute to kee the Reference up-to-date and neat. Good Game! docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Asim4pSuJZrIdHhrVlBSSnFlVGFRa1NMbFBHdklrSVE&usp=sharing#gid=16 This spreadsheet has been revised and published Tue 11 Nov 2014. Also. if you are only seeing partial results .... i.e. only melee weapons under weapons, only hard armour under armour, click on the filter button to restore 'display everything'. The filter button looks like a funnel. -GrävlingAttachments:

Is there any kind of listing for places to get contacts v-chips perhaps, as well as overall list of contacts/taxis/etc?

Things change quickly enough around here that when people write such things they get out of date in a hurry, so we sort of stopped.

I could provide all of this data from our database if someone wanted to use it. I'd be a little bit jealous about protecting certain parts of it, to maintain the mystery of NBZ, but insider game-guides are standard fare in the RPG space. Any Elite Supporters want a data dump?

For the data dump, well, it depends. I'd hate it if having this thing inhibited your ability to change how the stores operate, what goods they sell, etc. There are still some changes that I hope you will make some day, and I suppose I have been bitten by 'backwards compatibility' enough to worry.

It would be like the ship list -- I'd extract some stuff for someone to use and then keep changing it and providing updates as time allowed.
The CK development and game editor is essentially a big spreadsheet that looks a LOT like the one this post links to.

Ok then, sounds like sending updates to the list to this forum isn't going to significantly eat up your precious coding time.

It essentially becomes a logic forest. The Logic trees all seen together. I can see that.

I purchased the Elite copy of the game. Can I just get a copy of the quadrants, what builings are in each, and who owns each quadrant? It is a little frustrating trying to decide on a job without knowing where the building is.
I recently discovered that a lot of info is available through in-game datachips - that is cool!

When you are offered the job, they'll tell you who owns that territory and you're current reputation in that zone.

Oh, rep is zone-based? That is good to know. I thought it was faction-based, as with ST.
My issue is that I don't know which zone a particular building is in, so I don't want to accept a job in, say, Charles Canal when I want to go to New Bridge.
