It's interesting that Rychart, Thulun and Steel Song are the least popular, and my common targets for "population culling". I'm a little shocked that people care about Steel Song, but hey, if there were too many lions and no sheep, it'd be a very boring existence.
So now that I think about it ... yes, step right up, step right up, sign up to Steel Song and get your free ship, crew, and choice of funeral plan.

Why would they need a funeral plan when their Recruitment Package is ALREADY one? 1) Loyal retainers who will accompany the Captain into the afterlife2) Guaranteed site of burial with one of the best sceneries in the universe 3) One of the most expensive coffin in the known quadrant provided and most suitable for cremation What else could you ask for?

House Thulun all the way! They are the nobles of the galaxy. All the rest eventually kneel and kiss the ring of the great lion. ;D I normally start with Thulun and make nice with Cadar and De Valtos. Rychart tends to be my nemisis while Steel Song and Javat are just an annoyance that get in the way some times. I like the NW corner to quickly get resources and buy a Thulun longbow. Then I can cruise around doing what I want, for the most part.

I piss on the ring that everyone else kiss on! Hoity-toity, uppity bastards. Do I need to quote the peasants from Monty Python's King Arthur & the Holy Grail" again? Yes, I doubt you all wanna see it. ;D

All of the clans but my mains are Javat and Thulum, Thulum has good smuggler ships, Javat has smuggler economy, and Song is a good ally in a war.

No, it's not Star Trek. Why would that be in a Star Traders forum?

Liking Steel Song if a side effect of emotional problems. This made me laugh when I first saw it. I suffer from a myriad of mental and emotional problems and I have always been a Steel Song supporter.

Rychart. I survive longer playing them. Cadar comes second.
