Got travail 's story posted!

Made some changes to the blog to help Highlight the content more with new label widgets on the sidebar. Come check it out.

Also anyone with posting rights I made some adjustments to Label Norms.

Author will now be just be the name of the person, ie Paxdad. I dropped "by" on everyone.

All Labels will start with a capital letter, write them as proper titles, ie Star Traders, Fiction etc...

Art labels should be Art, Artist, Game, ie Art, Paxdad, Star Traders.

Fiction labels should be Fiction, Title, Author, Game, ie Fiction, Data Kill, Paxdad, Cyber Knights

If in doubt check your previous posts or look at any of the posts. I have updated all of them for consistency. You can see all of the Labels that are created when you choose them so it is really simple. It doesn't matter what order you add the labels to the post so don't worry about that.

If we keep things organized while the blog is small it will help us when the site grows! Thanks everyone for the awesome submissions so far and everyone's efforts and input!

I'm sure I'll figure that part out. Its a bit different in that I have to fight the damn thing in comparison to my wordpress work. Image formatting always wants to be centered, as does all the text. I have to essentially start each post with about a hundred <nbr>s, otherwise I can add no more text under any image. Very aggravating.

Quick tip for blog posters. When posting text, paste your text into an plain text editor such as Notepad. This will remove all formatting from your word processing program. Then copy it again in notepad and paste that into Blogger. Leave all the text and font settings on their defaults and you should be good to go!

Quick tip for blog posters posting pics. The when you click the button to add a picture the default seems to be center aligned. To change this you can click or highlight the picture and hit the alignment button on the top of the screen, Or you can click the pic and you can change alignment right there above the picture. You can also change the size of the picture to better fit the screen. Thanks everybody!

dayan - we might also want to talk about changing the blog format, because that single, skinny column is always going to be too small for pics you want to post.

I have been looking at that briefly. Haven't found a wider template yet. His ship art can be reduced and still look good. The ship schematics on the other hand become too small to read. I played around with them a bit this morning. I will keep looking to see if another template will be more accommodating.

I tried setting it so that they could me thumbnails or otherwise clickable like wordpress but the only size options I could find are when you click the image and pick small, large, X large or original size. I cant seem to link them to URLs like wordpress either. Otherwise I would keep the images small and link them to my Deviant Art page. Ill try fiddling with it again when I get home, but its a battle.
