Ok. I had planned to go back to search for secret doors and finish a few areas I left unexplored in my beserk rush to bring the baron down. But, no biggie. I'll get it next time through. I was just curious. Last act we could go back in the farmhalls after victory.

Gotta say that there are some great hidden rooms - I haven't noticed the wall tiles even though I thought I was paying attention. instead Tamilin was methodical in her searches of big gaps in the map Examples of locations includes big G's lair (two hidden rooms) Also, from the throne room level, there is a secret entrance to the Red Hill Keep level (just discovered it so am exploring now) Unsure if in subsequent story scripting, this is revealed to you anyway but it's good to discover all the same.

I found a few of the secret passages on the first play through and they gave okay stuff (didn't roll any good items, I guess)and I understand why the Conquered Keep is different than the invading keep, but it would be nice to back track for missed stuff. A 'spot' item or skill would be helpful as it's easy to over look the wall change.
On this same note, how many 'found' items are there in the game? There's the ring in the initial area's cobwebs, a suit of armor in cobwebs, the fire ring in the wall and a few fights triggered but not sure how many I missed and I was OCD with walking around. The fire ring seems useful only in the final fight, if that's fire he's casting. Right now, it's an item I'm saving for later.

vdx - at this point, we aren't sharing our numbers as to "number of hidden things in the game." It may eventually become an in-game achievement, but at the moment, its up to the community to discuss.

There are a fair number of secret areas out there ... and some in reasonably obvious areas (eg the defaced old temple) while others can be found if you either look very carefully (some say there is some marker in the wall art) ... or by casting Farsight at candidate areas.
For example - you can still find one secret area in the conquered keep (if you haven't found it before the final battle). Hint - search one of the rooms in the west wing.

We're moving up the secret distribution a lot in Episode 2 ... most maps will have at least one ... and some of them will be required to progress to the next level.

Why have you made it to where I can't backtrack from conquered TR? I think once E2 is released, this will stop being something that is such a point of discussion. If you could walk out the front gate again and into the next set of branching, epic story ... you'll be ready to move on. I understand no one likes to be cooped up, but it was required as we build out the story.

Two questions about secret rooms.1) Are they all on western walls. I have yet to find one that is on another wall. 2) Are there any on rock walls? So far I've only found them in the smooth city/building walls but never in a "cave" wall.

All the "secret doors" I've found have been on the western walls... made me think of how in the original Zelda, only north walls on the main map had secret doors opened with a bomb.
At this time, I count 11 secret doors in E1A2:
Temple of Thirteen: 1 Spy way: 1 (opened per plot, no control over it) Red Hill Dungeon (return): 2 Red Hill Depths: 2 (1 shown to you) Dungenon Barracks: 0 (didn't find any) Gate house: 1 (shown to you) Officer's Barracks: 0 (didn't find any) Inner Keep: 1 (shown to you) Groth's Lair: 2 Throne Room: 1 Roof: 0 (didn't find any)

On the notes of "secrets" in the game... the ratkin hut that's identified as the Deathkin's hut... why can't we burn it down?
