Yep, all fixed. virtualrock - it was an unfortunate case, and the first time it has happened in four years. It was resolved within a few hours. It was very scary, but it's all fixed now, thanks to hardworking Google employees. |

It was obviously unfair as TB never had wanted to use copyrighted name for unfair use but with a Company (I mean Google of course) that big, some directive are misunderstood and sometimes are applied by zealot people. Fortunately, when you take it to real people that you can actually talk to, problems can be resolved. Very glad that my ship is back on port  |

My apologies if I had unwittingly participated in the debacle by comparing this game to ones I had played in the past (as a reviewer trying to tell other people why this one connects well with their childhood) ;-) etc. etc.

The appeal was successful. We're making some changes to the application description and Google has agreed to reinstate. Celebratory rain dance" Still , this was fucking ridiculous. A 4.5 star game, honest IAP and a know to be trust worthy developer deleted for some shit opinion about the description!?  So sorry about your lost rankings and whatever fallout comes about having to repay. Absolute BS. |
