I *think* this post has the same issue stated twice? Is it double posted like that for some reason, like a bug with the Forum software or something? Any one know?
My testing shows that Gunslinger works fine on v43 for all statistics, but with tonight's update I'll fix anything I find that sounds like one of these issues. Not sure, but I will try to investigate.

I found the bug, it was for some characters that got the XP spent before the rules changed. I should have seen that coming.
If you typed it once then the software must be bugging. Are you using the ProBoards Android Application or the Browser?
The newest uploaded version on Android Market fixes this XP bug for your existing game.

eh Cory, now the other way around. i can't upgrade the intelligence and perception. mind is okay.

Yah, now it is working correctly.
Because your character is outside of the rules as they stand today, you will be required to raise your Mind until Perception or Intelligence can be increased.

I still have the bug, Cory.
Can't raise my Strength or Dex. Raised my body already, but Str and dex is still greyed out.

All my automated and manual tests show that it's working. Can you post the numbers in question so I can see if it is one of the rules or if there is a bug when I run the code with those numbers.
I have tried every combination I can think of and it grays out a lot of buttons -- but none of them seem to be counter to the XP rules as designed. I'm looking at it right now, so if you post any more details I bet I can figure it out.

Cory, my stats is mind 5 intelligence 2 perception 3. is this normal that i couldn't raise intelligence and perception? if it is than how much mind should i have before i can raise the other two? thanks

nope that is not normal that is some type of defect in the software. Will figure & fix ASAP (tomorrow probably.)

Dex 4 (16 to improve)

Mind 3 (9 to improve)
Int 3 (10 to improve)
- Elec 3
- Hacking 4
Perc 2 (10 to improve)
- Nego 3
- Inti 2
No Cyberware at all yet.
