Hello,
I've been playing elite for a little while. I can't wait until this get's more fleshed out.
I've found a few bugs:
1) Dataport in Riverpark does not currently function. I connect but it pulls up a blank screen
2) Did all the missions for Texas Powers and was rewarded with the security pass. Used the pass once. It is no longer in my inventory (don't remember if I sold it). I cannot get another pass no matter how many missions I do.

1) Given how the matrix has a back door into River Park through the "Shadows".. maybe it's by design?
My Found Bugs:
When selling data to a contact that has more than just the "Leave" and "Sell" buttons (like Texas and Shanin, etc), after selling the data if you don't Leave and instead press the other options to chat, you don't get the money they pay you for the data you sold:
ie,
a) Have much Aztek data and X creds
b) Call Texas
c) Sell them to him for Y creds
d) Ask Texas immediately about qualifying for rewards
e) End call, see that you still have X creds.
BUT
a) Have much Aztek data and X creds
b) Call Texas
c) Sell them to him for Y creds
d) End call immediately , see that you still have X+Y creds.
3) I can't enter the Private Warehouse even though I had a mission asking me to go there.

The bug I found is with the actual terminal point.
I can hit riverpark just fine through the matrix.
When I physically connect in the RiverPark game sector is when I get the error/blank screen.

chummer - I have added the riverpark issue to the list. thanks! I can also look into the security pass issue, I think it will be fixed next release, but I will check again. Don't sell it, its too damn valuable and he will never give you another one. @jeffway - we will investigate your money issues. Sorry that the selling is being problematic!

When entering a new area there is sometimes a lag before I can move again. I will investigate whether this is caused by moving with the keypad or what.

kazuhiro808 -- I will check out the keyboard thing. The lack of documentation is part of the problem -- try pressing the button twice to run.

Just started really getting into this so I'm not certain these are new bugs.
Ms. Grim the Fennian head hunter will give out infinite jobs regardless of your computer's limit.
I hack into the riverport data terminal, it just brings up the mayatek name and won't log in.
Texas Powers gave me a computer instead of a pass, wasn't paying attention til I sold in. If this was the pass it was labeled like one of the lower level computers.

Great reports, definitely interesting. I will have to test them out, they are not ones I have seen in the game yet, even tho I have both Grim and the Texas Ladder done a few times today.
The Riverport Dataterminal is broken and due to get fixed ASAP

i can get more jobs from ms grim than my computer can hold
i have a yakashima nv2 tactcpu - after taking 3, my jobs load is 1/2.
they all show up as jobs from the church of st patrick - they are also valid jobs (i can complete them, receive reward, or whatever)
is there any other kind of information that i could give that would be relevant?
edit: that is, after taking 4 jobs my jobs load is displayed as 1/2 jobs

Thinking back Texas did give me a computer. That is what I sold. I thought it was loot off of some dead folks...opps.

Uhg ... I'll try to get with Andrew tomorrow and see if we can figure out what happened to the new content.
Very sorry I'm sure we'll get ripped up on the reviews and e-mails so don't worry too much about us "getting away with it"
