That's a shame. Anyways is there a way to make peace with a faction that hates you and you can't trade or buy pardon ?

Yes, you can either wait and improve your reputation through spy (surveillance) and solar (blockade) wars or you can surrender to smugglers and they imprison you, which results in 50% money lost, but the reputation gets to -5 and you can buy pardons. |

How do the indipendent's work anyways no matter what i do i can't get positive or negative relations with them are they just for waiting for the other faction's to "cool down" ?

It's impossible to get positive or negative reputation with Independents. They don't like to get implicated in galactic politics
