Sorry it should be Torrent Swamps, I believe. It is available after completing the Underforge which explains why you haven't seen it yet. I think the dialogue for it is pretty clear. Balgair will draw you attention to it with talk about a Druid and the Knight will give you the quest, which is accessed from the docks. Ah ok. good old Balhair, seems to be mixed up in everything.

It's before you get to the first campsite. There is spot where there are two smoothed passages going down to a ford. It's in the wall of the left-most passage.

Do note the secret door in Sea Road disappears when you get to the second phase of Fang quest.

You have to trigger special event to unlock anything red.
